They shipped the ONT UPS Ground Saver from Santa Rosa, it won't be here until Friday at 9pm at the earliest so I called back twice and they said there was nothing they would do to help me. They also said that if the ONT doesn't resolve the issue I would have to wait for a tech appointment which would be another few days. --- Update: Sonic came through and dispatched a great technician, Guillermo, today who brought a new ONT and did extra work to make sure everything was working. Multiple communications have gone unanswered or unacknowledged by attorney Charles Alfonzo, despite documented evidence attached in each message. In addition, I mailed certified legal documents to their 1901 Harrison St, Oakland address--still listed across Google, and multiple legal directories. I was only told after the fact that this address is no longer valid. This lack of consistency in their public-facing business information led to avoidable delays and financial loss. Charles Alfonzo was FULLY aware I was mailing documents to him and felt no need to confirm address to ensure receipt of the documents. Their Better Business Bureau profile confirms they are NOT an accredited business, which aligns with the lack of accountability I've experienced. Ironically, Yelp appears to be the only platform that reflects their current Walnut Creek address. When a law firm tasked with landlord representation ignores health, housing, and civil rights concerns, the harm isn't just procedural--it's personal. Called and wasted another hour only to be told they weren't willing to remove it. The internet is spotty sometimes and will drop completely while we're watching something. This security guard ignored that information given to him by his superiors and continued to go to the door and knock and begin interrogating my father about the complaint made from someone else about the next door neighbors. What this security guard did was highly unprofessional and put my father's life in danger by knocking on the door and questioning my father loudly so the other tennants can hear. This company informed us that this security officer would be pulled off route and that we would never have to deal with him ever again. That brings it to tonight at 10/09/24 around 1:15 a.m. we were walking around the complex as this is the only time my father can go outside due to his disability. When walking around we were at the gate of our complex when this security guard turned on the lights to his vehicle and drove in the gate and parked by the trash dumpsters. Upon getting out of the vehicle, my father recognized him as the same one that confronted him at the door and when my father questioned why he was here after he was supposedly pulled off route, the security guard began getting aggressive in tone and told my father that "...you better be moved up on out of here" suggesting that we would be the ones moved out instead of the tennants that are actually violating their lease on a day-to-day basis. Again this behavior is highly unprofessional and this guard does not have the safety of someone who is disabled in mind and should be removed from his position. This company does not handle disabled rights and accommodations correctly and we have to constantly remind them that per my father's ada rights and accommodations, there is "no knock policy" we have in place with our apartment.
