I found Mark McLaughlin through internet. I gave him a call to ask some questions. After talking…read moreto him over the phone, I read some of the Yelp reviews and was not happy about it so I called him up again with concerns. I was skeptical in hiring him so I called a couple of other law firms but never got a call back from them so I decided to call Mark again and I'm glad I did. He was very responsive to all my questions. He helped me through the whole process. He called or emailed me whenever he needed to contact me so we got things done in order and quickly. He stayed on top of things. We're still waiting for my case to get discharged. I highly recommend Mr. Mark McLaughlin and his associates to get the job done. Thank you for all your hard work. I appreciate all the help.

Accomplished helpful attorney, Carol Lerner of Walnut Creek referred me to this arrogant p***, as…read moreshe believed he would help an employee of my in an egregious eviction matter, where the landlord attempted to evict with a TRO, has removed access to the kitchen, heat, and has put 4 cameras up infront of their bedroom door. The TRO was tossed yesterday by a good judge who saw this for what it was. We called Mr. McLaughlin, he was dismissive and didn't want to get his soft hands dirty by actually trying to help someone. These people rent a ROOM in Pittsburg, one has had a stroke, and he required $500, with a rate of $250/hour to pay his, "$25,000/month in expenses". He was rude, and not helpful. We didn't want to get married to him, we needed something quick and dirty, ....... how bout just a referral to a different Pro Bono (means for the good of the client) attorney. Doesnt he know he can write off his hours of pro bono work on his taxes. Yikes. wouldnt touch this guy with a 10-foot pole. He just wants money. If you have a lot of money, to waste, go to him. He's not really interested in your best interests; just paying his $25,000/ month expenses.

Dean Feldman is not to be trusted. He is unprofessional. He used to a family court attorney. He…read morerepresented my children. Only spoke to them twice maybe in the years he represented them. After the settlement, which he wasn't a part of, my kids told me how much they disliked him. No wonder he isn't practicing that anymore. He was very unqualified. He literally ruined my life. How do you have clients and only see them twice in years? And how do you not see that the other party was blocking them the whole time? He did not have very good intuition and the ability to see through lies. Unfortunately I am still trying to fix what he and my first attorney did. It has been over 7 years now and they messed up the case so badly that is has been tough to undo what they did. Please, do no trust this attorney. He is part of a system that needs change and severe overhaul. He only sees dollars and convenience for himself. My kids told me after the case was settled by my other attorney that he only spoke to them twice in years. How is that possibly if you are their legal counsel? And he seemed ok with that. I can keep going on and on in further detail but it won't help anything moving forward. I wis there was some kind of legal repercussion for this on him. However the system allows this and he is most definitely part of that system. There's a reason why he switched what type of law he is "practicing" in.
