He listened to our concerns for each kiddo and met us with easy steps to follow for them. But I didn't just see Dr. Glade. My daughter's follow up visits were with his PA and while I think she made my daughter feel at ease in the office, she dismissed my mom gut early on and claimed my daughters tantrums and sleep disturbances were purely developmental. I listened to her because she was confident in her diagnosis, but after a long and sleepless summer, I went to Dr. Glade for a second opinion and he agreed with what my mom gut was saying and ordered a sleep study to make sure my daughter's tonsils were the culprit to her sleep and behavior issues. Turns out my gut was spot on. My daughter wasn't struggling with toddler developmental milestones, but sleep apnea, and it was effecting everything. Something that could have been looked into and dealt with months ago when I had first voiced my concerns to the PA. Dr. Glade validated my concerns and did not hesitate to look into them. After reviewing her sleep study he confirmed my suspicions and we are scheduled to have her tonsils removed next month. Came back in and he said all but one of his sinus cavities were infected and that he needed surgery. My husband wasn't ready for surgery, but he pressured him to schedule surgery anyway and said we could always cancel. Abt a week before surgery we canceled and decided to get a second opinion. The new doctor suggested we take new scans and compare the difference between prior scans since it had been a few months. We requested his scans from Dr. Kaneaster and took them to the new ENT Dr. He looked over the scans and showed us them and that he found NOTHING!! NO INFECTIONS AND NO REASON FOR SURGERY!!! My husband was PISSED!! A few weeks later I was telling my friend abt what the Dr had done and she said the same thing had happened to her. When I asked what Dr she used, go figure, it was the Same doctor!!! This guy sshould be sued for malpractice. Avoid this doctor at ALL cost!!!!

He looked down my throat and tells me I'm fine. My symptoms continued so I went back 4 months later. He walks in and says in a stern voice "Why are you back here, I told you there is no issue". So for years I have lived with this issue. Turns out I have severe esophagitis. This guy has ZERO personality and zero care.

I am now looking at other places to attempt to fix what is possible, by noninvasive routes. The staff were so nice to me and my surgeon Dr Meyers was super nice albeit maybe inexperienced. My surgery did not go well, part of my procedures was literally just forgotten to be done, my follow up was insufficient, the scarring was terrible and I am in worse condition now than before surgery. It was offered to me to have follow-up surgery to correct a few things and do what was forgotten, at a "discounted" price and I felt like that was even being pushed on me but I was not willing to have anything further surgically done. I had already spent $25,250 to be disfigured. Also, my husband was left in the waiting room with no information or calls for almost 4 hours after my 5 hour surgery, even after the front staff had left for the day and he had to go look for someone to ask what was going on. This is just simply unprofessional and mean.

The staff is good. The doctor I had my consult with, Dr. Caplin, was scheduled to do the surgery, but unexpectedly had to go out of town. She turned me over to him. During my follow-up visits, I explained my concerns and he told me what great work he did and how wonderful it looked. He consistently told me to give it time. Months later-same thing. Year later- same thing. No change and the sagging skin is still there. Other doctors I have consulted have said they suggest I get "the previous doctor" to fix it. I will not trust him again.
