He is very disrespectful. I have used him three times because I am a firm believer in people having…read morebad days. Time and time again he has disrespected me and my mother. The third time was the worst of all. I had a stove go out and he came over to fix it. He said it would cost $400 to fix. He told me he had a refurbished stove for me for $190. I didn't like that it was coiled top but it was cheap. The paint chipped off leaving brown rings everywhere after only having it for a day. It only came with one rack for the oven. The light went out on the third day of having it. And it shocked me. I told him it shocked me, his son came out and fixed the problem. Then he calls me and tells me I wasn't being shocked enough and that that wasn't his fault I was getting shocked. I also wanted to let him know that I just wanted him to fix the things that were broken that was it. Or even give me $100 back and he could have the stove back and I would get a new one some where else. He would not let me say that and hung up on me. Before he hung up he got mad because he had to call me at 7:30 at night. I told him that's not my fault and he could have called me all day and refused to do it sooner. He is a very mean and untrustworthy man. He told me I had a 30 day warrenty on that stove and wouldn't even pay the respect to come out and fix the things that were wrong with it. Honestly his son is very sweet and helpful but Mike is horrible at customer service and being a professional. I will never call or work with him again a day in my life and I hope you don't either.

He's listed as an authorized repair business on the Frigidaire website so I make sure the Electrolux Service Center (they own the Frigidaire brand) sends the work order to Allied Appliance. I called Electrolux extended warranties this morning and then called Allied Appliance to let them know I have a work order authorization. Dwight was able to come this afternoon and got our freezer working again. What I like about the whole process is it's absolutely seamless to us. Dwight gets right to work troubleshooting the unit, fixes the problem, makes sure all the panels and screws are back in place, and is back in his truck going to the next call. The whole process is easy and efficient with absolutely no stress on our part.

I googled available Music stores and came across Encore Music. I arrived at the store and was greeted by Dana. A fantastic gentleman and great conversationalists. I purchased a cable which had a great value price which lead to a flawless performance. Encore music is a Jewel in the city of Nacogdoches and a great place to purchase equipment and listen to the history of the music store. Dana gave me a tour of the recording studio, which is top notch and very modern. It was also noted that Johnny Cash recorded vocals there.
