I opted for the Platinum ($16) touch-less wash. This included a high pressure wash and rinse with Graphene Extreme Lava Coating. However, the self-wash bays were vacant and available for those who wanted to exert the effort.

To make matters worse, they charge an extra $5 simply because it's a Bronco. Overall, the process was frustrating, the pricing felt unreasonable, and the experience did not match what was advertised. I had Glyn out today to wash and detail our Tesla Model X and Infiniti Q50. If there was an option…read morefor six stars, I'd gladly award them. Getting my initial questions answered was quick and easy via text and I found Glyn's pricing to be very competitive. Competitive pricing and an overabundance of 5 star reviews had me sold and I got on his schedule. Glyn arrived right on time and as many have said, he's a very nice and personable guy. I had both cars in the driveway waiting for him and all he needed from me was an electrical outlet for his vacuum. I let him know my wife needed her car in 2.5 hours for an appointment and asked whether he'd be done in time and he said he would (and did). My wife left on schedule and called to say how amazed she was with both the interior and exterior. I walked out and did a couple status checks throughout the morning and Glyn was always working. At about the 2.5 hour mark on my Tesla, I walked out to find him just putting the rest of his supplies into his truck. The interior and exterior looked equal or better than new. Everything sparkled and shined and there was not a spec to be found anywhere. He even touched up a couple of my black Tesla rims where they had gotten scraped against curb(s) and I had to really look close to find where I had previously done the damage. He gladly accepted payment via Zelle and I will not hesitate to use him again. First class from beginning to end. Thanks Glyn!
