Front - The photo depicts the storefront of IT'SUGAR, a retail candy store located in Phoenix, AZ. The store has a large pink sign with the brand name and a logo featuring a stylized winged emblem. The entrance consists of glass doors and windows, with a dark exterior wall and white columns on either side. The sidewalk in front is visible, with some shadows cast on the ground.

This business is located inside the Desert Ridge Marketplace. They sell lots of sweets be they vintage, new and quirky. You may buy in bulk or already packaged items. Shared parking lot and WiFi in many of the larger stores.

The image shows three small, round containers of Retro Sours candies, each labeled with different flavors: Angeline, Citrus, and Mango. They are arranged on a yellow plastic shopping bag with red text and graphics, likely from a retail store. The containers are sealed with clear lids, and the bag appears to be partially open at the top.

Your go-to spot from all things candy! Not sure if I love the accessories here more or the candy, but in absolute awe that they have these retro sour altoids. They even have some Swedish candy! Candy is priced per pound and is very reasonable. Makes for a fun trip for a sweet treat or for fun gifts!

This place is awesome! You looking for a classic candy or one that is a specialty? Come here! The girl who helped my friend and I was very informative and very cool. She offered good recommendations as well on candies and novelty items. This location is at Desert Ridge and we thought we would check it out while there. I even bought a "souvenir"

I love this store even not being much of a candy eater! Colorful, filled with nostalgia, perfect place for gifting! Picked up items to create a Hello Kitty gift set. So cute! Unique items for fun and sharing. I couldn't believe the new Warheads soda! So much fun here always gives me a smile.

Super clean with a lot of variety. - The image shows the interior of a candy store with yellow walls and large glass windows allowing natural light. Multiple white display tables hold containers filled with different types of candies. Shelves on the right side are stocked with various packaged candies, and a colorful mural is visible on the back wall. The store has a modern design with ceiling lights and a clean, organized layout.

They don't have too many candy options. I was not impressed. They need more vintage candy.

Came in looking for sugar-free chocolate to smuggle in to the movie theater, but they had barely any choices.

But honestly... what a way to go. Every time I do treat myself to a visit, it's pure joy. The aisles feel like a time machine stocked with everything I grew up eating, the classics, the throwbacks, the "I forgot this even existed" gems. It's the kind of place where you catch yourself smiling at a random shelf because a candy bar just unlocked a childhood memory. The store is bright, fun, and packed with options, and the staff keeps everything tidy and easy to browse. Whether you're hunting for something specific or just letting nostalgia guide you, it's impossible not to have a good time here.

I was looking for something that would have been an import from Europe which they unfortunately don't carry but it seems like they had nearly everything else under the sun! They were oh so helpful in helping me look and once I found the right name we figured out they didn't have it but they had some things that were close enough! They were all very friendly and helpful with my search and I'm so grateful! Now that's I've finally made it in, I know exactly where I need to go for all the rest of the treats that I could possibly be looking for! They even have chips and popcorn plus some seasonal toys too!

For about twelve years, I have made Cerreta's my go-to place to find local candies and chocolates to give as gifts, treats for my wife, co-workers, and me, and an all-around fun experience. Whether it is Glendale's Chocolate Affaire or getting local-made chocolate for any holiday, I've always had fun visiting the store as opposed to just purchasing their chocolates in local grocery stores. When you first walk into the store, you see the individual wrapped chocolates all the way on the left with the boxed and bagged gift sets in the middle aisle of the store, and taffies and other candies on the right side of that. Immediately to the right when you arrive is the factory itself and the entrance to their tour. Similar to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, Cerreta's also provides tours of their chocolate-making process with special treats at the end. This is great for groups, classes, or families and always makes for a fun photo op and a tasty experience. Cerreta's offers candy and nuts, popcorn, barks, brittles, and toffee, taffy, gifts, novelty items, sugar-free items, merchandise, and holiday items, which you can also purchase online. When you arrive, you are typically offered a complimentary chocolate. On each visit, I'll typically get some gifts for out of town friends and family, some chocolates for my wife and I to share, and some to bring into the office. My wife's favorite chocolates are dark and milk chocolate fudge cream, dark orange melt away, milk chocolate raspberry melt away, and milk chocolate mousse. In addition to this, I also like white orange dreams, dark chocolate strawberry cream, milk chocolate vanilla cream, s'mores, and French mint. In fact, it is French mint that Cerreta's is known for. I have a conference next week, and I got a two pound box of French mints as a silent auction item for a charity fundraiser at the conference. You can visit the Cerreta's website at https://cerreta.com. In addition to online purchases, you can learn about locations around the state where you can buy their candies and/or chocolates, how to use the GrubHub delivery service, educational VIP tours and other teacher resources, and details on signing up for their newsletter to get the latest updates on new products and sales. Cerreta Candy Company is a family-owned business founded more than 50 years ago by Jim Cerreta, Sr., who moved to Arizona from Ohio. There are now four generations of the candy business overseeing the production and operations of the chocolates and candy. They are open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM and located in the heart of downtown Glendale with plenty of parking outside. The service is wonderful! I've never seen an employee who wasn't smiling working there. If you haven't been to Cerreta's yet, you HAVE TO go and check it out. There are gifts for any occasion, and creative gifts at that. But make sure you get something special for yourself when you visit. Enjoy!!

They have tours and so many different candies to try and great gifts for the sweets lovers in your life. One thing that my minis are a fan of are the "make your own chocolate" so you can create custom treats. The chocolate is delicious and you get a decent selection of options to include for your custom treats. It's fun to do on a random day if you're trying to find things to do as a family or it'd be a cute day date tbh. Would I come back? Yes, always.
