I accidentally booked at the wrong location when I booked online...there are two! I showed up for Maria's evening class and she was very kind and just transferred my class. They have mat rentals for only 1 euro and provide blocks and other props. The studio space is small, very simple, clean and very nice. Maria's class was lovely- a fast pace, simple vinyasa flow which I found to be very organized with a standing section, core and supine. It was so nice to practice on my vacation and experience Italian yoga! Only 15 euro to drop in and completely worth it. I would highly recommend.

My background is in Bikram but having attended Keisha's Vinyasa Flow, I've been converted. You break a heavy sweat yet leave class feeling serene. Each class is slightly different from the last so every class is challenging and never dull. Classes are small/intimate and the studio is clean, quiet and peaceful. Now if only she had a studio in San Francisco...

The plates are so old you can't see what weight they are. There's no clips for the ends of the bars. The floor is wooden, and dented and chipped. The cardio machines are erratic at best. The space is massive, and there's tons of equipment, but it's all old, and tatty, it's badly laid out, and half of it doesn't work properly. Besides this, it is massively oversubscribed by American students, so you need to time your visit, because if you go between 6pm - 8pm there will be so many people there won't be any space for you to work out. And when I went in April, and it was 27 degrees outside, the owner said it was too early in the year to put the air con on. Unfortunately, when it's that hot, opening the windows doesn't make it any more comfortable - but I got the impression that keeping her customers comfortable was not her priority.
