Such bad customer service and really disappointed that they would do this. If you are on the phone with a customer you continue the phone call or at least say you'll give them a call back when you're less busy. I've worked in retail and this just blows my mind.

We attended to store on Saturday, Feb 16 right when it opened (we did not have an appointment and were shopping for a prom dress) The lady that attended to us (sorry I do not have her name) was just amazing, it was actually an emotional experience as I and my daughter are used to having such bad experience or just ignored. She was patient and kind, offered suggestions and was so attentive. I will certainly be back for any formal wear that my family needs and have told everyone of our great experience and recommended that others go there. To the lady that assisted us, thank you so much for making us feel special and important and being so patient with my very picky, ornery and hard to fit teen, it was so appreciated!

I went in for an appointment at One Love One Dream Bridal Salon and the whole experience was awful…read more I was not assisted in selecting dresses - instead was told to "find dresses you want to try on the rack". Yep, you are not getting 2 mortgage payments worth of money from me. It went to Davids Bridal the next day. Pathetic lack of customer service! Staff should be trained or just let go!

My only problem is that when they first opened their prices were quite modest. Over time the clothing became more and more expensive. I do believe they had a problem with their clothing still having the American price tags on them. But its been painful to watch the clothing nearly double in price since September. Also fingers crossed they'll start bringing "online exclusive" clothing IN stores. I refuse to buy clothing online as its never a guarantee it'll be a nice fit and would hate to waste the money to try and return later.
