They provided information about the various crystals, ways to use them, and helped answer questions while shopping without being intrusive or pushy. The store itself have an eclectic mix of crystals, jewelry, books, incense, tarot cards, oils, etc. Its very organized and not overwhelming. I particularly liked the little explanatory notes next to the crystals, providing additional insights about their power and what they represent. They've been there over 30 years and are celebrating their birthday month in August (me too - it was meant to be that I found them!).
