Cathy came to our home daily, always at the same agreed upon time. At each visit she scooped and tidied the litter box, provided fresh food and water and spent time playing kitty. All was clean and in order upon our return. Cathy texted pictures and reported on how Hillary was doing each day during our time away. Doing business with Cathy was a breeze, she was totally professional and instilled total confidence and security knowing that al was under control. She is upfront about her fees and mutual responsibilities with her clients. We would use her again in a heartbeat. She's a gem.

There were several attributes that do not match his personality on the report. In fact, quite the opposite, which I can infer the attention he may have received is not what we paid for, otherwise the report would have been accurate and aligned to his mannerisms. Secondly, he came back both times with health issues after the stay. Eye infection, skin issue, etc. Again, not ideal after paying for extra services. I would not recommend, as our experience has not been positive.

We have always had friends stay with our animals if we left town but we were new to Florida and didn't really know anyone. We decided to hire RDW to come to the house 3 times a day to tend to the dogs needs and are so glad we did. We were very nervous leaving them by themselves but it turns out they were in great hands and did just fine without us. We were sent frequent updates along with pictures, it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. It's always a great sign when your dogs are 'Super Excited' to see their sitter. We have peace of mind knowing that Royal Dog Walking is just a phone call or text away. Thank You RDW!

Do not use this pet service. June Collins (the owner) is not professional…read more I contacted her on Sunday evening and requested her services, at the last minute, for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to watch my dogs. She said she could do it. I then emailed her to confirm a meet and greet before my trip for Monday at 5PM. In this email I also asked for her to provide me her license, insurance and her bond by email --- which she advertised that she has. Then she writes me back, the next day, on Monday before our 5PM meeting (no telephone call) and says "oh, I have another client at those times." I do not believe that she has those documents which she advertises. Be warned. If you advertise that you have certain qualifications, then you should be able to readily supply those documents. June did not do so.
