Great big sale sign little teeny words that say "nothing you want is going to be on sale"

I go to this store often and usually have luck finding some good treasures. That said the way they tag their sales is ridiculous big sign 75% off little teeny except for Designer stamps of different colors which are always the things that you really want Today was the kicker big sign that said summer sale 75% off and Disclaimers like you'd find on a pharmaceutical bottle except: shorts, T-shirts bathing suits, spaghetti strap tops, anything that could be worn in the summer. I can walk here from my house and felt like that was a waste of time. I feel bad for anybody who drives here thinking they're gonna get something great on sale.

This is my favorite clothing store. All the clothes are second hand from tv shows and movies. A lot of the clothes have tags or have only been worn once or twice. There are a ton of my favorite brands in the store like Zara, H&M, uniqlo, ralph lauren, and more. You do need to inspect the clothes thoroughly for any holes or blemishes. But you can find some amazing deals. The key is to buy when they have 75% off everything promotions. That's when all the resellers will come and try to scoop up all the best clothes. The employees are nice and friendly. They are constantly busy restocking. The line to checkout can be long during their 75% sales. But the line goes fairly quickly.

film/tv shows being sold at the store!

Not as interesting as you may think. The pieces are good for some basics, but the selection is smaller if you're not looking for items under ~$90 since a lot of clothes are nice brands but not worth the price. The store is also pretty old and a bit musty but not the end of the world! Also my experience with the staff was less than perfect. I waited for a while at the dressing room entrance, and once the staff member came over, they told me I was just a second too late to use the dressing rooms (they close 15mins before end of day). I was there for many seconds waiting but I guess that wasn't good enough :( Picture from the shows/films they had clothes from below! Def didn't see anything from the super popular famous films like Scream, HSM, Hocus Pocus but saw lots from NCIS, Rookie Feds and The L Word.

Outside Racks. Lots of kids stuff too

I've gone here for years and found great stuff. Lately the merch has looked a bit over loved. Some stuff is less pricy at Target and Ross where some of the tags state they came from. Maybe it's the studios re purposing. Who knows? The most fun time to get here is Halloween when they sell great one of a kind costumes. Everything from Roman legions to scary creatures. Always love picking through!

It's A Wrap is one of those you uniquely Southern California businesses. The inventory this shop offers are all items from the movie and TV sets. Some of the wardrobe here was actually worn by name actors in their various roles throughout the industry. What this store offers is a ton of nice clothing in all shapes and sizes. You can get a lot of truly unique items but mostly what they have is very normal clothing for reasonable prices. In many cases, they actually list the production that the clothing was a part of. Thus, you can get a true look into what the wardrobe departments are purchasing for specific characters in specific roles in specific productions. Overall, though this place is not cheap, what you get is high-end quality clothing for competitive prices. Plus, it's fun to just go in, check things out, and see how the actors and actresses of the Hollywood film industry are being wardrobe.

One of the most unique thrift stores. Sells clothes and jewelry from tv and movies. Always unique finds. Can be a bit pricey but there's often sales.

They sell a lot of crap for high prices. They won't let customers use the rest room. Don't bother, most of what they sell is garbage.

This place is more of a horror maze than a store: -…read moremannequins everywhere, including a large easter bunny costume sitting casually on a couch, could someone be in there? - i only had interaction with one employee and they had jumpscared me to accost me for a handbag that fell (no damage) and it was very rude and uncomfortable. - hard to move around in/explore any racks due to the large surplus of items (no turn around due to prices?), so you're always grazing by things. - not budget friendly or plus size friendly. I spent 10 minutes in this place. I wouldn't recommend.

So when Uncle Bill mentioned during the " Sponge 2" movie that Burbank has tons of thrift stores, we knew we'd make a trip here. Here were we on a rainy Sunday morning checking out the thrift stores at Burbank. Since there are few stores on Magnolia blvd, we strolled up and down this street because of the different stores hours. We hit the Goodwill first which opens at 10am. This store is clean and well organized. You can get the best priced items here. We then visited the Best of times, this is also our favorite because the owner is so friendly! She has light classic music playing in the background and willing to forego the tax for cash payments. Small store though. The playclothes have a very attractive window display. The items here are somewhat pricey:$30 and up. You find yourself travel back in time to the 1900s-1980s which in itself is a treat. They have a large collections of vintage hats; also has suits, costumes, shoes, accessories for men, women, and children. Young attendants, large store space. The last store was " it's a wrap" selling items from the movie sets/productions. We went a few days after the New Year and there was a 75% markdown. They have some pieces priced as high as in the thousands. I don't like this store, it's small , you can't escape the sweaty smell from the clothes. It's a no return for me. I will take more pictures next time when we visit of the stores that we like.

Lots of monster themed merchandise for sale, skeletons, halloween snack bowls, Stranger Things cookbook, novelty accessories, evil character masks, dead insect and animal displays, creepy sculptures, and of course photo ops galore, like the camp horror boat scene with Jason Voorhees.

If you are into horror and such this is definitely a spot you would like. There are a variety of items to purchase here. Some are more run of the mill mass produced items like candles, purses, slippers, books and such. While other items were clearly thrifted and one of a kind or vintage. Very neat to have that kind of a variety. For example you can get a $20 skill candle or a $400 old operating table. See what I mean? It's definitely a great store to browse around. I easily spent 20 minutes just looking between their three rooms. The reason I did dock one star though is that while it was fun to browse, it's not necessarily my kind of merch. To each their own. Even more so I did find some of the prices to be a little high, maybe it's just me. One example I could give was I found a pretty simple necklace with a bat and heart that I've literally seen a hundred times over at Claire's. That necklace easily is about $7 or so, but here they were selling it for $35. I get they need to make a profit but the quality wasn't there and it was giving child's costume jewelry at a more expensive price. Surely they need to make the rent and knowing that a lot of people who come in are more so "just looking around" it makes sense prices need to be adjusted. A final positive to end on a good note is that the staff are absolutely lovely here. There were multiple staff working which I appreciated. Everyone was very very nice and welcoming. I love their passion for this store and enthusiasm. Nice people work here and I'm glad there is a store like this around for those who can truly appreciate what it has to offer.

Fellow cat lovers!!!!…read more I was visiting LA and a tiktok about this place popped up and I'm so glad I saw it before I left town. We made a detour just to come here and I'm so glad we did. It's a thin but deep antique store. You enter into the booths of regular vintage and antique items. Then in the middle you see vibrant color and that holds all the local cat related items. There are cubbies of different artists which was really cool to see. Beyond the middle is the other end of the store with more regular vintage and antique vendor booths. I'll be honest, I looked at everything but I spent most of my time in the middle. There were also two resident cats that made it so awesome. This was a great store and I would totally come back on a future trip.

The shops two cats looked shiny coated and healthy. One was next to the register, the other was asleep on a lounge chair in the back room. The shop was far too crowded. It's already a petite little shop so you were constantly surrounded. Overwhelmed by the sea of people the register cat started biting people who touched it, a sign it's had enough. The lounge cat in the back started twitching its tail in annoyance as people kept coming to touch its silky fur. Definitely pricey too, everything is one high priced end. Catnip coalition is a charming place with fun items but the cats should be given some space. Definitely a great place to check out in the Burbank area.
