The service was professional and friendly. For our starter we had the Toast Skagen. Oh my was the toast addictive. I wish there was more, but it was covered in the ample portions of shrimp and dill sauce. For our main course, we had the butter fried pike-perch. It was so flakey, moist and tender. The diced rhubarb was such a surprise love for me. The crunch and slight bitterness was the perfect combo for the fish. For dessert we had the Saffranspannkaka. I've never had it before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The actual pancake was odd, but I loved the whipped cream and jam and that's what saved it for me. I don't anticipate being back in the area anytime soon, but if I am, I know where I'm dining.

But you won't find as many nearby this restaurant and it might be one of the better places on Öland. There are different versions of the burger, including gluten free bread and vegetarian as well, and it costs around 180-210sek. They do bake their own sourdough bread for the burgers and you do get a lot of meat in each burger. On the side there is chips like potato instead of pommes.

Vi håller regelbundet öppet från påsk till skördefest och 1-2 gånger per månad däremellan. Har vi inte öppet kan öppna för lite större sällskap eller ordna med catering.
