This is a distribution center by the looks of it. When you look up the address it looks like a big warehouse. I ordered directly from pop mart and all their packages are packed in a bag with this address. POP Mart is a Chinese company. When I tracked my package, I could see this was coming directly from china and flown to LAX.

I received a very beautiful suncatcher " Gerry's Garden"from my niece for my birthday which was created by Italia Gift.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee shown on the webpage but not honored by the company.

This company buys from China and ships different products around the US and to other countries. This company, with this address, is who I have been fighting for days when they shipped (after a LONG time) items that looked nothing like what I ordered and they refuse to honor the "30 day money back guarantee" as listed on the home page of their website. They have some 54 complaints with the BBB and I would suggest filing through them (BBB). I am investigating other options to hold this terrible company accountable. They push junk and scam people. Be very careful who you buy from. The reviews on the website are also fake. https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/vernon/profile/fulfillment-services/shipping-dept-dept-ca-1216-1526690

Also known as UNIGIFTA. They sent me a Mother's Day mirror frame that was misprinted entirely. Both my daughter's name and my wife's name were misprinted and the hand in the photo resembled a male. And most of the printing was off. Reaching out to customer care and instead of making it right and allowing me my refund. They stated they cannot issue refund because the item has left their warehouse. What? They sent me trash and allowed the item to leave in its condition and now I have to be punished do to their incompetence? Not to mention my item showed up 2 weeks after Mother's Day. Reporting them to the BBB. I advise others to do so also. SCAM! The price I paid is not worth the quality nor the time waiting for it to arrive.

This is a scam business. Received a package that is supposed to be a crystal mug and it looks like a young child. Took a paintbrush and ran it up the sides. This needs to be reported to the authorities. There's no way to contact the company I repeat this " company" is a SCAM

Not sure what's quite going on with this company I'm sure it's just a big scam ! I had a package delivered to me 4 days ago ! It was my neighbor's name and address on the package not mine I walked it down to her house . Today I get an email saying my package had been delivered . I looked the tracking up and it was this package that belong to somebody else .. my question is how did they get my email with somebody else's address and name ! This kind of crap really bothers me ! Never buy anything off of Facebook or any weird website cuz this is what you get !

Total scam- items from China and not as described and you can't return them. It's such a bummer that this activity is allowed.

The store is located at the Row DTLA, which is a recently renovated shopping area. I'm generally not a big fan of downtown, but this place was really nice. It felt safe and there was plenty of parking. Overall I would definitely recommend Hightide for stationary shopping. Pros: -Great section of unique products. -The store has a fun vibe -Plenty of parking. 2 hours free. -Located in a nice shopping area. Cons -some of their products like the pen cases are a bit too expensive in my opinion. -it is a small space so it can get crowded during peak shopping hours.

The team here is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, and they have anything and everything you could possibly need to create and formulate. The space itself has a beautiful, magically charged atmosphere. Their candles, ritual oils, and bath washes are fantastic, and I love their jewelry selection, especially the shell bracelets. Visually, the shop is stunning--they feature lovely statues of Yemaya, and the massive Santa Muerte greeting you at the entrance is simply gorgeous. I'm heading back today to refill my materials and tap into that clarity. Thank you for making it so affordable to sustain my craft and live beautifully.
