Last year a stylist thought it was funny to chop off more than 8 inches of my hair with out asking laughing to her coworker saying "look I did another one". She also bashed her coworker thru my whole session that I complimented. I tried multiple times to change topics and she would keep going back to making fun of the girl. Such a draining experience.
