Since COVID we have used ZOOM instead of in-person meetings; we scan the 1099s and worksheets then upload to her portal. Her "Taxdome" web portal is an improvement which allows us to see past year tax returns and documents we have uploaded. Our past CPAs did not offer easy access to our filings and data. Her rates are reasonable and we never feel rushed. She responds promptly to confidential messaging via her portal. Try expecting that from a CPA! We recommend Nena highly.
