Cookie 10/10 We came here just for the cookie really. Since we came here at almost closing time, so the cashier give us one for free since they will have to throw it out after closing anyway. We obviously won't say no to a free cookie! Both the pumpkin and strawberry flavors are nice. Would come back again

Round 2: lemongrass chicken sandwich (smaller portion and dry)

I decided to stop by here given its bigger dining space and also wanted to try it out. The pastry display looks amazing but I'm more of a savory person so opted to try their sandwich combos instead. They only have 1 or 2 people working in the front so service may take some time. I ordered an ice tea and they brewed it fresh, poured it over ice. The tea was fantastic and strong how I like it. I also ordered the lemongrass chicken - I noticed they had a combo option (fries and drink from display) for an additional $4. An order of fries on its own is $6 so girl math kicked in and said I was saving money. For fries you can choose between sweet potato or nori fries- I opted for the latter. Taste-wise, if you close your eyes it's just like eating regular fries - but the crispiness was on point. Think McDonalds fries but no soggy/wimpy ones. The chicken sandwich ($12) took a while longer to come out but I didn't mind the wait. With the first bite I was like wow this chicken is SO juicy, not really any lemongrass flavor but all good. Second bite.. huh it's a bit more.. juicier than normal? I look down and it's looking prettyyy raw. I bring it back up front and the lady was apologetic, brought it back to the kitchen and said they'll make a new one. They bring the new one over to my table - portion size of protein is visibly smaller and very much overcooked. Obviously I don't expect much from a themed cafe but judging from my experience and the other reviews on sandwiches/burgers, stay clear of those and maybe stick to the cafe items + fries.

This is a very cute cafe that is very on theme of angry birds! There is a store section where you can purchase t-shirts, stuffed animals, and other angry birds merchandise! I come here quite frequently because my cousin really loves coming here but I do like the desserts! It is interesting because it's inside the Tangram mall in flushing and right next to the food court but also has its own little section, which is nice because there is seating within the store specifically for people who visit the angry birds cafe. There used to be a discount code if you played the game (app) but I'm not sure if that was just for when it was first opened or is still ongoing.

The Angry Birds themed retail store and café has finally opened in Tangram Mall's Food Court. My family and I have been eyeing this space for months waiting for it to open and we were so excited to finally see it during their soft opening days. I took my seven-year-old nephew who had the best time. The store is a mixed-use space with a café, retail store, and event space. The front area is the retail store and offers many Angry Bird merchandise. Prices were kind of steep, so we ended up not buying anything but had a great time perusing. In the back are two rooms that can be used for private events or for interactive gaming. My nephew got to try the Angry Bird game in one of these rooms and had so much fun. He got to try on the virtual reality glasses and played for a few minutes. Between the store and the event space is the café which has many fun, cute Angry Bird themed desserts to choose from along with macarons, bubble teas and a full coffee bar. We tried the Ube Cheesecake, Mini Trio Tarts, Rice Crispy bar, and a Cold Brew. The Ube Cheesecake was really good and not too sweet. It had sour cream topping and an Oreo cookie base. The Ube flavor was light and the cheesecake very airy, almost whipped like consistency. The Mini Trio Tarts consisted of Raspberry, Chocolate, and Green Tea. They were also pretty good. The Chocolate one was my favorite because of the use of the dark chocolate whipped topping. Surprisingly, the Rice Crispy bar was my least favorite. It was just alright tasting, the Rice Crispy was a bit too hard and in general, just tasted too sweet for me. The Cold Brew had a nice strong coffee flavor, just wished they hadn't put so much ice in my drink. It ended up watering down the drink quite a bit after a few minutes. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the café and the desserts. Who knew that Angry Birds could do desserts so well. We often come to Tangram and I can see us coming here often. And this is a very fun, trendy, visually appealing store which fits right in with the Tangram brand.

Super cute cafe serving Angry Bird themed deserts as well as some savory dishes. Don't order the vegan burger. It wasn't good at all. I don't know how you can mess up a vegan burger, but it was all wrong. It was super thick and bigger than the bread. It was flavorless and inedible. Waste of money. The cafe has a really cute seating area, especially the swinging seats by the window. There's also a VR room for the gamers who like to game. It's super cute for the kids as they also host birthday parties and special events. The chocolate bomb dessert was really the bomb. Absolutely delicious! Ig:@Thefunfluencer

Are angry birds still in? Felt like this would've been more relevant if opened 10 years ago. I haven't tried their desserts yet, but everything looks average but expensive. A single layer cake is $300! Their gift shop is not huge but most of the things shouldn't be this expensive still. The sign outside says there will be games, but I didn't see a single game in here. I can only give it a 3 star rating based on my experience or lack thereof and their cafe's appearance. Maybe their desserts and coffee is out of this world ‍.

Porktastic burger, nori fries, sweet potato fries

Was curious about the cafe. Located by the fairly new Tangram mall's food court. Has it's own space but very open to people walking in and out. Store by the entrance. Go in more and order food at the counter; will get called when ready, so find a table or individual loungy seats too. A small room with virtual gaming but was not tempting, maybe another time; another room next to it with a long table was occupied by 1 person. Savory and sweet food on the menu. Prices for the tiny desserts/sweets are a bit much so we went for burgers instead. Porktastic burger $14 had bacon, black garlic aoli (not a pretty sauce)- small, juicy even when well done, pretty tasty. Making it a combo +$3.99 is worth it - with a generous amount of fries (nori or sweet potato, normally $6) and a bottled/canned drink. Around 1/2 hr wait. Angry bird theme was not reflected much in the food we got. Parking available at a good rate. Paid $6 for 2 hrs (hubby read that price is for 3 hours actually). Not a lot of space though so had to go around 3x before we got one on a Sunday.

This is one of the cutest cafes in Flushing whether you're a fan of angry birds or not. In front there are angry birds statues and a car where you could take pictures. The cafe is pretty big. Once you walk in there is a souvenir shop then further in there is the cafe. There are big display cases filled with angry bird themed desserts. They also have cakes you can preorder. I've tried the lemon tart, ube cheesecake, and a macaron. The lemon tart and macaron are good. The cheesecake overwhelms the ube flavor in the ube cheesecake so I would pass on that. Their desserts are not overly sweet which I prefer. They also serve hot food such as sandwiches, burgers and fries. They also have coffee but I haven't tried. I love what they did with the decor. They have birdcage seats and tons of angry birds. It's really cute. The service is good too. All the workers are super nice. Prices are decent.

The four star is mainly for the Ube creme cheese cupcake; Cafe was basically emptied during the afternoon hours; while the outside food court was bustling with people. Display counter was kept really clean with assorted pastries that has the angry birds cartoons and logos on it. Ordered the popular Ube creme cheese cupcake with it's cute design- it was easily a sure win for the aesthetics. There's also swinging lounge nest chairs that goes along with the themed Cafe- a nice touch. Cafe was really quiet, almost afraid to disturb the toy angry bird plushies that's hanging on the shelves. Overall, a good place to hangout and chill away from the outside mall.

Super excited and thrilled to see that the Angry Birds themed dessert shop/cafe has finally been opened after all this time being here with the locked metal gates. Would definitely make a great hangout/date spot for kids and all adults alike whether you're a fan of Angry Birds or not. There's a staff member waving hello & greeting me with a warm smile just as I'm entering and walking inside. The store is split into 2 sections: the front being a retailer store selling different Angry Birds merchandise like mugs, plushies, canvas totes, T-shirts, red sunglasses, skateboards, and etc. Didn't buy any merchandise because of the rather steep price. Towards the back is where the cafe + seating area are. I was immediately amazed by the colorful display of desserts and had to get one myself. I end up getting the one that attracts me the most and that's probably the Terrence's Tart which is a sweet, crunchy tart shell covered with strawberries and white cream on top while there's yellow cream underneath the berries. I like that it's not very sweet, I think I'll get it again in the future. Terrence's Tarts sell at $8 for one. Price wise is similar to other dessert spots in Flushing and Manhattan. Of course, I can't wait to try out other desserts as well. Staff is friendly and patient. They accept cash or credit + debit card. There's no bathroom inside Angry Birds Cafe but customers can just go to the restroom in the food court located right next to Maiko Matcha Cafe. Conveniently located inside the food court of Tangram Mall so it's easy to get to. The place is still very new (just had a grand opening this past Saturday) so they don't have actual plates (served in a plain takeout cardboard box for now) and there's barely any AC on with all this humidity. I sure hope there will be more AC soon because it's stuffy & hot inside plus people won't enjoy as much when it's not cool in the summertime. Now, let's move on to the fun part!!! The seating area particularly makes me feel like I'm at a summer garden setting especially with several standing (and even one hanging) wicker egg lounge chairs that they have as the main highlight of the cafe. The walls are painted with leaves and vines to resemble a forest/jungle. The chairs are so comfortable that I don't feel like leaving but I eventually did because it's going to pour so I quickly rushed home. Was lucky enough to be able to sit in the wicker egg chairs when I see 3 friends who are about to leave the cafe. Quickly ran over to secure the seats before anyone could since I think that is considered as the best spot to take pics. Each table has a see-through plastic vase filled with roses which I can really smell how fresh they are while eating the dessert. Did I mention that it's decently spacious and has lots of wall outlets to charge your phones? Definitely a positive experience in my opinion. Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because the AC is barely there and feels so humid inside. It would be very ideal to have AC at a cafe during the summer!

These were great! Chocolate mouse cake and a chocolate covered cannoli.

I expected this place to be huge but although it's small, the snacks are pretty good. The chocolate cover cannoli and chocolate mouse was great!

This place is straight up pretty awesome. It's located inside of the Tangram Mall in Flushing. I came here with a friend and her kid to get lunch, pick up deserts, and some caffeinated beverages. If you have kids, fair warning, they might go nuts in here. There's so much going on visually. Ball machines with toys, little ride displays with a cab in the front, tons and tons of angry birds merch and toys. There's also a vr room that you can reserve or if you're lucky and it's empty just go on and join in. They have a bunch of angry birds levels with a virutal headset. I was into it but I'm also old and it took me awhile to figure out how to function it even with a tutorial. Lol. Pop me in a snes and I'm a pro. Put a new video game device in front of me and it will take me as long as it's going to take me to figure out how to work my new kindle. But it's a really neat idea for a kid friendly/family friendly hands on activity cafe spot. We played a couple rounds of angry birds once we got the hang of it and then tasted a variety of treats. I got the caramel macchiato and she got a Pandan flavored coffee drink. Hers was very sweet and tasted like cereal milk. It was really delicious. My drink was great but it tasted like you would expect and it was what I was wanting caffeine wise. I will say their savory food isn't anything to write home about. It was very okay. I got the shrimp po boy and she got a king pig burger. The burger looked better. The shrimp was tasty but most of the po boy was bread and lettuce. Although, their nori french fries were scrumptious. Hella get those! What they do excel here at are deserts and oh my they have so many delicious and beautiful and creative ones on display. We took a large variety to go. But I sampled some and the best to me was a fancy ferrero rocher style cake. Chocolate flavored anything sets me over the moon and it was so rich and intense. The ube cheesecake was another runner up. They were just so cutely designed. I also saw cake pops, various cookies, and soft serve as options. Just an all around fun spot.

This is a super cute cafe in Tangram. This place is definitely for children, but also a cool place to hang out with friends and families. Their dessert is delicious. My friend and I were impressed by the taste. I would love to try their other pastry next time.
