I love this fact, especially for my child who is autistic. My daughter loved the hair massage as her hair was prepped for cutting. It is really my fault for not booking ahead of the time but I just had an urge to cut my hair off today so I started my good ole Yelp search. It is located in a strip mall area so there are plenty of parking available. The owner told me there are two other girls working at the location but it was only herself today. When I refused--because I don't think it's my responsibility to replace something she damaged--she refused to refund my deposit, claiming I "canceled the appointment." Seriously? I'm left with no closure, mismatched hair, and the expectation that I should run around fixing her mistake. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend. Text received: Hey So I just tried to bleach your closure, and the hair started coming out in patches. I'm not sure why because the hair barely lifted and some of the knots were still dark... Would you be able to get another one before your appointment or maybe get it and be here for 9:30 instead? Let me know, and I'll reimburse you if need be, but they should give you a free replacement because it can't take bleaching, and it's supposed to. I see the problem. It was already processed with black dye, which caused overprocessing. Bundles are naturally dark brown. Never black. I can reimburse you for the closure since I put the bleach on it, but the deposit is nonrefundable as the appointment isn't being canceled by me. I have a picture of you putting foil while bleaching and using 40 vol developer and that causes damages. Very unprofessional. Updated. 1) Licensed professional do test in hair before processing. 2)).
