We needed a moving company to move us from our 3rd floor apartment into a storage unit & in 3 weeks…read moreout of that storage unit into a house. We have some really heavy bedroom furniture and a 500 lb safe that we knew we couldn't move ourselves. I was a little hesitant hiring a newer company but their price and lack of hidden fees just couldn't be beat. A few email exchanges with Jagger himself quickly put me at ease. He showed up on a time, ready to work. We could not be more impressed with their effort, courtesy, and attention to detail. They moved all furniture with ease managing not to scratch or dent anything, or harm the apartment. Extremely professional, reliable, and great to work with. We will certainly hire them again in a few weeks!

I honestly wish I could give no stars. But it doesn't register in the website without 1. I scheduled my moving day 2 weeks prior to my scheduled date. about 5 days before my scheduled move date. someone called to ask me if my schedule was flexible and if they could move me to Sunday. I explained I couldn't move my date as I had other things simultaneously happening with the move. The morning of our move my husband went to meet as discussed and no one showed. for an hour and a half he sat there trying to get ahold of someone at this company. when he finally got someone. They said they would not be out that day to move us as they had a scheduling conflict. Even though I got a confirmation from the office with the date of the move and again reiterated when they called to see if we could reschedule I said no. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had to scramble to find another company to move us on the date needed.

Movers showed up in their personal vehicle with dollies and a plan to walk all of my belongings…read morefrom one building to one two buildings over. Their lead guy had an attitude to begin with. They were supposed to show up at 9, but didn't show up until 10:30am. They started moving things and immediately I noticed how careless they were and they didn't care about protecting anything or handling anything with care. They completed the move in 2 hours, but not without damaging several items. Once they were done their lead guy Alexis came and told me I owed $125. Which was odd because the apartment was paying $375 for the move. According to the form I was provided, it was $125 per hour, $75 trip fee and $50 compliance fee. For two hours of work, that's $250, plus $75, equals $325, plus $50, equals $375. So I asked how I owed $375? Alexis said the apartment is only paying $375, you owe the balance of $125 and he showed me his phone again. So I told him I need to talk to someone because the math does not add up. He called his supervisor Victor and put him on speaker, after going through the basic math with Victor, he seemed confused, said he was going to check what time I signed the movers in, which was 10:27am and then asked the current time 12:30pm. Then he says oh yeah, I guess you're right and we need to update things on our end. You don't owe anything. Thank you and have a good day. At this point, lead guy in front of me is pissed and storms out. He and his movers left their trash everywhere. At the old apt, at the new apt. I had given them bottles of water which they the the empty ones in the grass. Real unprofessional behavior and all because I refused to pay $125 I didn't owe them. Ridiculous. Also, this overcharging seems like a scam because I got an email from someone else at the company telling me that $125x2 =250 plus $75 and $50 = 500. Not today! Nice try though. Will never use again, even if it's free. I don't recommend.

November 21, 2025…read more To: Lazhar Berkat, Owner. Adam Vick Branch Manager Texas Subject: Delivery of Wendell Davis personal effects to Tomball Texas subsequent damages, loss, and lack of communication regarding claim and assistance regarding claim. On October 18,2025 I received my shipment which was also packed and stored by vanexpress moving company. During delivery three (3) items were damaged beyond repair being: An LG 55" tv Model OLED55C8PUA Made 11/2018 A 58" Glass and wood with chrome desk A 49" full length mirror All of this had a fair value of $569 in good condition after consulting. All items were either broken beyond either due to the loading, storage, and unpacking which Adam Vick had taken videos of and knew all items to be in good condition. Originally we were told maybe a week to have the claim settled, it is now four weeks and the only thing the person in New Jersey would say was they would send a note to the company they filed a claim with. (Of which we are never copied on which we questioned but never got an answer. These items were reported by Adam on the same day (October 18) in the form of a claim Adam states. As of today, we have never received a copy of this claim after questioning Adam and his head office in New Jersey. To date or as of today, we asked this six (6) specific times. The day after the shipment and a couple of days after this we also asked Adam if he was sure if all items were unloaded, my sons' office chair as he needed it to do his homework. We received no answer about it, so we engaged the head office in New Jersey. After eight (8) days the chair appeared, and we questioned Adam if anything else was missing. He said no but we told him we were skeptical because we had to escalate the issue just to find the chair. He said no and we also asked his colleagues in New Jersey to please see if they could verify as we were still unpacking. After unpacking we noticed that Spanish porcelain figures containing lladro angel figurines as it was the only box marked porcelain figures and fragile being #4541 Angel lying down $48 value #4960 Curious Angel $55 vakue #4959 Angel Kneeling $109 value #4635 Guardian Angel with baby $40 value #4539 Angel Thinking $40 value #4538 Angel Praying $39 value Oppo 103 SACD/DVD Player $300 value Cusinart blender $29 So what we would like to do is to make sure this is common knowledge and we could receive and explanation why we did not receive a copy of the initial claim. We additionally would like to say 7 of the 16 clients bill of rights were not kept. Many pieces of furniture we had a carpenter come in and paid $424 on repair to make usable again . All in all was the only thing Adam was insistent upon was being paid for pickup and and drop off to the point of being insulting. We would appreciate your review and consideration in this matter. Sincerely, Wendell Davis

We made an out of state move with this company. We were happy with the staff that packed our house…read moreand their handling of our belongings. We were told the same staff would be on the other end unloading. We were also told that the trucks would arrive at the new location between 8-10am. When they didn't show up by 10am we called and were told they were packing the trucks and would be leaving shortly. The trucks did not leave for several more hours. All communication with the company from here on out was prompted by us otherwise we would not hear from the company. The trucks arrived well after 7pm and with a totally different crew. They were helpful but we were told they needed to leave by midnight to get back. It was a rush to unload the trucks We received items that did not belong to us and several items were missing. No attempt was made by the company to retrieve the items we did not own nor was any attempt made to our knowledge to find our missing items. Again our main concern was lack of communication after the packing was done, the late arrival, and the lack of effort to find our missing items. Would not recommend this company for a long distance move.
