    I went in to rent a moving van to finish moving my things out after divorce. There was a line and…read moreI was there a long time. They had rented a vehicle trailer to a woman even though they don't carry those at this particular location and that was holding up the line. I received my key with no instructions other than to go to the parking lot and pick a van. I came back in because I could not figure out which van the key went to. He handed me another key. I went back out. Once again, NO IDEA which van they go to. I go back in. He comes out with me and scolds me because I did not "match the number on the key to the van". I told him he never explained that to me. He tells me it should have a full tank of gas. It does not so I go inside to tell him. I take the van and receive a text message that I should have a specific license plate number, it does not match. I call customer service and give them the correct license plate number and amount of gas in the tank. I did have a nice experience with customer service. Then I returned the van. The same rude man from before tried to charge my credit card $8,269.71. I owed $160. I received a fraud notice from my credit card and called them. Then I called U-Haul. It was supposedly a mistake. How on earth can you accidentally ring up $8,269.71 instead of $160. Make it make sense. Each time I had to call customer service they were nice but the amount of mistakes and rudeness of the store employee made my rental experience unsatisfying in an already difficult time.

    I used to use this location all the time years ago. Since then theres a new owner, Prince Logan. We…read morerented a 20' and everything went great. He was super helpful, pickup and drop off easy. I was a bit shocked though when my truck only had 1/4 of a tank of gas upon pickup. That did cost us valuable time in having to put gas in the truck immediately plus a guessing game as to how much to put in. Next time I will be sure to get a truck with a full tank. Everyone was great in working with us I would recommend to anyone.
