He did not complete the work and was taking my breaker from my box. The technician also checked my smoke detectors, took them down and someone was supposed to come back to reinstall them and never did. I had to call and get the owner/ manager to come out. He labeled the breakers, did not put my smoke detectors back up. Do not know what he did concerning the breakers other than that. I think he replaced a piggyback to 2 singles. Complaint is did not complete any work, have had issues with the breakers still off and on and have called several times and no one will assist. They got all the money billed to me, but I did not get the work done they stated. Poor service and lacking skills. I had heard good things about this company, but I guess it depends on whom they are doing the work for and who is sent to do it. Very poor service and overbilling. Quality, effectiveness poor, did not complete work and incorrectly on what was done. Would not recommend them to anyone.
