I asked David Fox, the owner, for an appointment the week after Thanksgiving, but he insisted on an 8 AM appointment the day before Thanksgiving. I agreed because I wanted to get my electrical issues resolved ASAP. I waited around for a technician to arrive for over an hour, but no one ever arrived or called me. This really pissed me off because I didn't even want this appointment - the owner suggested and insisted on it. When I called Fox Family Electric and spoke to David Fox, he told me that he "completely forgot" due to how busy they had been that morning. Seriously? I can not believe the unprofessionalism. Do NOT call these electricians if you want someone to actually show up. They will push you into an appointment and then kick you to the curb. Completely shocked by how unprofessional and unreliable this business is.

This company sent a technician out to check my breaker box…read more It was storming outside and all he could do was say he needed to leave due to the weather to get home to his family. He did not complete the work and was taking my breaker from my box. The technician also checked my smoke detectors, took them down and someone was supposed to come back to reinstall them and never did. I had to call and get the owner/ manager to come out. He labeled the breakers, did not put my smoke detectors back up. Do not know what he did concerning the breakers other than that. I think he replaced a piggyback to 2 singles. Complaint is did not complete any work, have had issues with the breakers still off and on and have called several times and no one will assist. They got all the money billed to me, but I did not get the work done they stated. Poor service and lacking skills. I had heard good things about this company, but I guess it depends on whom they are doing the work for and who is sent to do it. Very poor service and overbilling. Quality, effectiveness poor, did not complete work and incorrectly on what was done. Would not recommend them to anyone.
