I decided to try acupuncture because drugs just weren't helping and I was in too much pain to get back to exercise. Only 4 visits and I feel like I've been fixed. After the first visit I still felt pain and was still skeptical but went back. After the second treatment there was a significant increase in pain relief. After the third I was basically cured. I went for a fourth for good measure and she actually suggested that I didn't really need to come back. I still booked a monthly appointment just to make sure but I must say she is amazing. She's also is very friendly and sincerely wants her patients to feel better. Recommended!!

At the end of the appointment, the practitioner swiftly removed the needles, sent me on my way, but missed two needles that were still in my face. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

I have been going to Advantage Physical therapy for the last five weeks to address the beginnings…read moreof an Achilles tendonitis flare-up. Working with both Anthony and Pina has produced excellent results in just the short amount of time that I've been under their care. Though Anthony is newer in his career, he brings a lot of knowledge about the latest physical therapy practices. He is also particularly good at listening to my description of how my body is responding to exercises that we are testing out. He takes my description and is very responsive to adjusting the level of intensity exercises that we are testing out to provide an appropriate amount of load on my Achilles tendon. Before seeing Anthony, I didn't realize that it was possible to vary the load on muscles, tendons and ligament by using different exercises that work the same areas. My focus in seeing Pina has been to get Astym therapy. Astym therapy is is a physical therapy treatment that regenerates healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.), and eliminates or reduces unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions. This is now my third time getting Asytm therapy for Achilles tendonitis related issues. Pina has been the most thorough of the physical therapists that I've seen for Astym therapy. In addition, she provided exercises as part of the Astym therapy along with clear explanations of why those exercises are useful. Although I had already done Astym twice before, I now have a much fuller understanding of how the method works from Pina's detailed explanation. I've seen marked improvements in my symptoms after only 2.5 weeks. I will definitely plan to return periodically in the future for a "tune-up" to address the scar tissue and stiffness built up over time from being a dedicated older cyclist and runner.

He aggravated it while lifting heavy objects and could not place any pressure on his left leg, which prevented him from many actions including getting out of bed and severely impacted our daily quality of life. Dr. Zeng's acupuncture treatment made a significant impact starting from the first session, diminishing his pain on a scale of 10 from an 8 to a 3, which allowed him to move around more freely, rise up from a bed or chair, and picking up light objects on the ground. Subsequent followup sessions a week and two later saw the pain completely vanish, restoring quality of life. In addition to his highly effective treatment, what sets Dr. Zeng apart is his comprehensive and holistic approach to medical care. He not only addresses your current ailment, but he gives you the knowledge and techniques to prevent both the class of related ailements as well as re-aggrevation of the issue, saving you from future pain and time/money lost. His connection between posture and back pain was enlightening, and his education of exercises to correct the posture imbalance shows true care and compassion for you as his patient. Also, it is clear that Dr. Zeng masters the effective use of both Chinese and Western Medicine treatments and techniques, and combines them both to achieve greater results than either alone. One noteworthy aspect of our experience with Dr. Zeng was his kindness and flexibility. Despite not having an appointment, Dr. Zeng graciously accommodated my husband's walk-in need for treatment and exhibited true compassion. Many professionals would have declined without an appointment. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Zeng to our friends, family, and anyone seeking care for soreness/pain. His efficacy, dedication to patient well-being, and compassion makes him a standout. We are grateful for the miracle Dr. Zeng has had on my husband and our quality of life. Thank you, Dr. Zeng, for your outstanding service.

When I called, the staff asked for my insurance information and confirmed that my Microsoft insurance covers 24 visits per year. They scheduled an appointment and assured me the clinic was in-network, so everything seemed straightforward. Unfortunately, my actual experience was extremely disappointing. At the front desk, I was greeted by a staff member (her name was Nura(?), per office manager). The very first thing she did was demand my credit card. I politely explained that I prefer to wait until my insurance processes the claim and then pay any remaining balance, if any--this has always been my standard practice. Given the prevalence of credit card fraud, I am not comfortable providing my card upfront. Moreover, this requirement was never disclosed to me prior to my visit. She insisted that I must provide a credit card. I calmly reiterated my position. At that point, she looked at me and said, "Why are you so STUPID?" I was shocked. Regardless of office policy, there is absolutely no justification for speaking to a patient in such a disrespectful and insulting manner. I responded that if I am considered "stupid," then this is clearly not the right place for me, and I was prepared to leave. When the doctor returned, I asked if I could briefly speak with them. The front desk staff aggressively intervened, stating that I had no right to speak to the doctor directly and that everything had to go through her. She repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow a normal conversation.Given the tension created by the front desk staff, it no longer made sense for the appointment to proceed. Both the doctor and I agreed that canceling the visit was a reasonable and appropriate solution. I specifically asked whether any cancellation fee would apply, as I had noticed a notice regarding such charges. The doctor clearly confirmed that no fee would be charged. At that point, I had had enough. When the office manager returned, I informed her that I would not proceed with the appointment and would not be returning to the clinic in the future. At 4:17pm,  I received a message stating, "Your appointment with Min Chen on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM was canceled by yourself." The wording of this message was both inaccurate and concerning, as it seemed to deliberately frame the situation in a way that could shift responsibility onto me. However, the conduct of the front desk raised serious concerns. It appeared that their actions were aimed at creating a record that could later be used to justify a cancellation charge, despite the circumstances being beyond my control. This experience was unacceptable. One individual's behavior completely undermined the professionalism of the entire clinic. I would strongly caution others against coming here--encountering such hostility and disrespect is simply not worth it.
