Don't make the mistake on passing up on the pastries either. They have plenty of tables to dine in, and a cozy patio to eat outside. More open on week days, so unfortunately weekends don't make the cut being in an industrial area. But when you are there it is nice and the service is amazing!

The handcrafted sandwiches and salads have been nothing short of great and very creative to the taste buds. Based on these experiences Udi's was an obvious choice when catering a quick box lunch get together for a client downtown. Ordering from Udi's on line system is tricky at first. Once you get the hang of it the options make sense and ordering is a breeze. If you're like me, a mistake when ordering on line is inevitable. Udi's customer service team is very helpful and did a great job to correct my fat fingering. On to the food... For 15 people we ordered your standard ham, turkey and roast beef classics along with a few veggie and chicken sandwiches to please most all of the attendees. The sandwiches were awesome and the bread is always fresh. Unfortunately, the "side of the day" is hard to predict and on this day the couscous wasn't a big hit. Couscous aside, the cookies totally make up for the odd inclusion and the fruit salad is top's. For your catering need above and beyond the standard Jason's Deli or Jimmy John's, be sure to give Udi's a shot.

I would be remiss if I didn't tell you that we get them frozen and heat them up in the oven before eating, and I don't know if they can get any better, but I'll have to try them fresh baked. The store itself if fairly non-descript, so you may miss it if you don't know where it is. I texted my order in advance and was immediately texted an invoice which I could pay on my phone. Easy peasy. I'd highly recommend trying out Foodie Call if you haven't. Matt is wonderful and the food is even more wonderfuller if that's a word. Get one of each and treat yourself whenever you want! My favorite has got to be the wild mushroom and cheese, but the chicken pot pie is a close second!

The owner walked us through a number of options for the multiple courses we were going to have, ensuring each selection complimented the next. Each item was creative and was so rich in flavor. He sat down and explained his approach and even had samples for us at his private kitchen space. (What a cool place!) As with any venue, there were challenges as his team prepared and cooked the meal, but he worked well with his staff and facility owners to ensure things went smooth. We provided our own alcohol and he went through a third party to provide TIPS trained bartenders. He worked well with those staff members and went out of his way to ensure they were meeting his expectations for the service we were expecting. We had passed apps and a bartenders out side, then shifted the formal dinner inside where we were had buffet dinner and more bartenders. We initially tried to push for a separate desert provider that we had recommended to us, but his references assured us to have Foodie Call provide them. Talk about a grand slam! The food was the talk of the wedding. I could not be more pleased with the food and service we were provided. We know that catering is a fast paced world in a constantly changing environment, with a lot of cooking and prep work in an unfamiliar place. We chose Foodie Call for it's custom meal options that catered to us personally (not just a repeat menu, copied over and over again), a team that cooked and prepped mostly on site to ensure freshness (not cooked offsite and just dropped off), and most of all because it was clear the head chef Matt was so passionate about his style and flavors. Last, we were very pleased with their pricing. We were on a budget and they helped us work through our options. We do recommend that you go over each item that is included and not. Like with any service provided, it's very important that you know everything is covered. Foodiecall luckily had extra items, we were so glad because we forgot to even consider a few items for the bar! I'm happy to reach out to anyone who is looking for more info on our experience. Look out for Foodie Call's pop up events, they do a food to go thing out of his catering kitchen in 5 points every once in a while, each time has been different and is so darn good! TLDR: Unprofessional, not very gracious with mistakes and disorganized in the proposal process…read more I reached out to TBD Foods in the last week of September 2025 for a wedding in Denver in August 2026 after working with him in 2018. I am from Denver but live in CA currently and am planning from afar. Sent an incredibly detailed inquiry with day-of event timeline by hour, menu ideas, location (just a few blocks from their prep kitchen) and a bit about the event. Received two separate responses from he and his wife, Holly, seeking details already provided in my initial inquiry like guest count, location, time. Sent several emails back and forth clarifying capabilities, menu ideas, rentals etc. and finally had to set up a call in October (initiated by me after many proposal mistakes) to align. There was constant confusion regarding the style of the event and rentals - TBH, the many proposal revisions due to their mistakes maybe should have been the hint this might not be the best fit. But we went ahead! Terrence was late to the call on October 15 but let me know ahead of time and I genuinely didn't have an issue with it. After aligning, I paid $100 to have a menu tasting on Monday, December 22 when my husband and I would be visiting Denver from CA. So, this is a tasting that has been on the calendar for at least a month. When we arrived at our tasting (after confirming via email the week before and day of) 15 minutes before (6:45p) the scheduled time of 7pm, Terence is irate. Mistakenly, the event in my calendar was in PT (since we live in CA) instead of MT. He says that he refuses to serve us because we have "disrespected him and wasted his time and he has a 4-month-old at home." He continues to say that we are disorganized and lack care and that in addition to not offering a tasting, he will not put in the effort to cook for our wedding after how we've treated him. We are SUPER apologetic - this is something we've spent money on, confirmed via email and have been looking forward to. When asked why he didn't call to check on our arrival time, he said he "doesn't have my phone number. And you confirmed with Holly so that should have been enough." Because I filled out an entire inquiry on their website and spoke with him personally to schedule this tasting, it's BUCK WILD to say that you don't have my number and think sending an email is problem solving enough. We would have literally hopped in the car and been there in 15 minutes had we been given the courtesy of a phone call. All of this to say, we made a mistake, were very apologetic and were treated super rudely and given no tasting despite paying. 0/10 for TBD Foods.
