They advertise 3-9 mbps speed, and call themselves, "the fastest internet in the area". I'm getting .73mbps down, and .04 up! Calls and emails do not get a response. Big mistake. read more

6mbs my arse ... i was told this is gaming internet, a simple low ping game Counter Strike is virtually unplayable and 3mbs download when i'm supposed to get 6mb, internet drops frequently and is worse than dial up read more

Now being told it will be another 3 days after being hung up on TWICE by two different customer service reps. It appears they don't know what they are talking about at this company. They had no probem sending us a bill two days after signing on but it appears they don't know the meaning of customer service. Think twice before you choose Freedom Mobile, they don't have any idea what they are doing.

In my area, there are many to choose from, but after extensive research and comparison, I decided that Ispeed would provide everything I needed to run my business successfully. After the horrible dealings with Rogers and Telus I started asking around about a internet provider in the Enderby area. I had excellent reviews from everyone on FB about Dave from iSpeed. Their service and installation was excellent. They received a low score because they use…read more"invoice2go" to bill their customers. When you go to pay via Visa or Mastercard, Lakeside glass and invoice2go FAIL to tell you that there is a "transaction fee". In my case the bill came to $1239 but I paid out $1277.63...with invoice2go telling me AFTER I paid that there is a $38.63 fee that was ADDED to the invoice! BEWARE customers of Lakeside glass and paying for their service via INVOICE2GO....RIPEOFF!!! The owner repaid me $40 in cash and told me that he changed the settings at invoice2go so that customers would not have the fee added to the invoice.
