I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!

Adam was the technician who came to help me out and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He contacted me in the morning to let me know about what time he'd be at my home, he was on time, very knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist. He was able to diagnose the issues quickly and provided me various options for fixing the issues based on how much I spent for the laptops and how much I'd be wiling to spend on the project. I was very happy with the professionalism and experience of working with Adam. He Didn't get the screen flush with the new case and when I returned to see if he could fix it he didn't align the screen with the rest of the phone he just squeezed it for a few seconds so the adhesive would stick. The screen is still not flush and the adhesive did not hold. I won't be using these repair stores again as most of them seem to have the same issue with unskilled technicians.

Their communication was horrible (I…read morehad to be the one to cal them once a week to get status updates) and the repair took three weeks as opposed to one. Once I bought a new power cord and fired up the laptop after their "repair," the laptop was in the exact same state as when I dropped it off (just now missing a power cord!) They said they had to send it out for repair. Hell I can do that myself. In essence, whomever they sent it to was useless.

The second visit, they replaced the wrong part, despite me being extremely clear about the volume button not working. The final visit was to repair the side buttons that were damaged as a result of the first visit. Usually when I call, there's someone who answers the phone and mumbles profusely the entire time. Every time I've been here I've asked them explicitly to email me and they never have. Instead, they have called my phone while it has been in their possession. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with the lack of basic courtesy at this place, and with the skill of the associates performing repairs. They also "required" my PIN code to perform a hardware repair "to run diagnostics required by Google". I checked with Google and they told me this was not true, is a big deal, and will be reported because my data privacy and security have been breached. I feel violated, and I also feel bad for all the less tech savvy customers who are unfortunate enough to deal with this place. Want to succeed? Stop hiring kids out of high school and learn how to email your customers when their devices are ready to be picked up. Figure out how to train your employees. I noticed after the third visit that they didn't reinstall both bottom speakers on my phone and Google will be replacing the entire device since the techs here are clearly incompetent. This place is such a disaster.
