Well, sometimes we don't get the best experience right?…read more First of all, before food I consider customer service, we went to this place, ordered an poke with extra salmon, a chicken bacon wrap and the biggest acai bowl. Just asked, if they could the Pitaya sorbet on the side, or if they sell plain sorbet, they said no, we explained that out daughter doesn't like granola and toppings, or mixed flavors. After a lot of talk they said would open exception for this time (that's fine, won't return there anyway) the acai was good dough (even that they put a lot of fruits, could have more acai). The rest we ordered to go and they put the cold poke with hot wrap at same bag, that could put some food into the dangerous zone right? The bag was really nice by the way, Insulated and the acai was good too. But the poke? Salmon didn't taste fresh, rice jasmine rice and wasnt soft. Also, they don't have covers on the raw fish at the station. That's all, could be an amazing place

Always drove by this place so was curious to try it out. We enjoy our brunches on weekend mornings…read moreso we decided to make this our brunch meal. Store is clean and modern as you'd expect a healthy juice/sandwich place to be. My husband and I shared the house favorite avocado toast as well as the Toast and Lox. Both were filling and tasty and we were glad to get a really healthy brunch rather than our usual salty and sweet offerings we like to indulge in. Prices are reasonable and staff was friendly. Parking is downtown so hit or miss but we were able to find close street parking on a Sunday morning.

We sat out on the patio seating, which was pretty nice. The restaurant itself is pretty small with just an ordering counter and a few already occupied tables. The place gets busy but now I'm lucky to say that I know exactly why, it's simply just that good. Whether you want to sit at their little tables outside or sit on the trunk of your car and connect with family, it's exactly where you wanna be for a quick bite! If you want a place that packs a punch and makes you feel like you are back in PR, well here is your place. We both went with the Mofongo cups; me getting churrasco and them getting chicken, and we didn't leave a single bite because it was just that good! A great solid portion that's full of flavor and live in every single bite! Let's talk about the perfect two for one special, one hell of a meal on top and you get to choose your drink to hold it up on the bottom! We both went with mango juice and it just made it that much better! 15/10 in my book! Will definitely be coming back to try more stuff on the menu!

Ya'll come here for dessert?? The food is everything here!…read more I've tried to get here so mamy times and it's always packed. I discovered a back area where you can put your car (through the cones!) so you have time to get food. It might just be me, but I love picadera platters. For my first time, what better way to gauge how great their food is than to have A LOT of it at once. The wait was a little longer than I'd like, but it was because someone took our food, their answer to that was an apology and pinchos on the house. No better way to apologize than delicious grilled meats w/ garlic bread. The picadera was tostones, fried pork, fries, chicharron de pollo and mofongitos. That bite of the masita with mofongo and a little mayoketchu completed me. I didnt need anything else, but that did not stop me from trying to eat this whole thing. My only issue at all was the fries could've been fried longer. They got a little soggy sitting with everything else, but sauce carried them. Will be back 100 times if I can. I will try a dessert next time.

Overall, my food and drink was freshly made and the wait wasn't more than 15 mins. Would definitely come back here again, I'm super intrigued by their flatbreads, so I know I'll be back to try more!
