Very helpful and thorough. They wont sell you on something that you wont be 100% happy with. Great recommendations for fabric care

Had a flower girls dress taken in. Got the job done and with good skill but pretty pricey for a nearly a month long wait for pick up. Very friendly staff. Would go back again. read more

Fast, reasonably priced service. I was very impressed with the operation here, as it seemed much more robust than other cleaners I've used in the past. Despite their popularity, I was in and out in no time and even was able to redeem a percentage off coupon found on Yelp! Would definitely recommend to a friend. read more

Islip Cleaners, how dry cleaning is meant to work. They pick up my clothes, professionally clean, tailor and promptly return them. The tailoring (I have had pants hemmed and zippers replaced) has been flawless. Delivery is professional and courteous and a great feature. 5 stars read more

I first came into this place because it had great reviews here on Yelp. I had practically destroyed my white engagement party gown that I borrowed from a close friend of mine. I truly believed this gown could never be restored. Not only was the price very reasonable, it came back in perfect condition. I was extremely impressed by the work they did and the service. I highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

They are the best!! I found out the zipper on my coat was broke the day before I went on vacation to Canada. Really thought I would have to run out and buy a new coat. Been looking all over for a good & dependable tailor and Rosalba here @ Islip Cleaner is awesome! She tailored 3 different outfits for me & did exactly what I was looking for & I love the private section she has for costumers to try on for fittings. Most places has their fitting in front of the store. So thats a big plus for me. I absolutely hate ppl looking at me. Danny the owner is such a nice guy. Offers 10% off when you check in! So dont forget! read more

Perfect workmanship all the time. I travel 45 minutes to have Danny alter my garments. He is a magician with a stitch!

Let me tell you this is by far the best cleaners I have ever been to. They have definitely earned my loyalty. Their service is totally top notched. The hem in one of my pants fell apart and I completely forgot to mention it when I dropped off my dry cleaning and Danny the owner took it upon himself and hemmed it back for me at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out. I had gotten many of my expensive suits here to be tailored and let me tell you..."they are beyond skilled." The results were unbelievable and they all fit me like a glove. All my coworkers now thinks all my suits are custom made. I recently suggested my best friend to have her wedding gown tailored by them and she was beyond happy and she looked amazing on her wedding. After the wedding, she brought her gown back to Danny to have them cleaned and preserved and we found out they are actually a wedding gown certified specialist. We were so happy with their service and we bought everyone at the cleaners cupcakes just to thank them for such amazing service. Now all my friends and family only go to Islip Cleaners and no where else. My parents even brought their 20 yr old headboard to them for restoration without having any expectations or hopes since it was sooooo old and when we saw what they were able to do we were totally speechless and mom was very emotional that they they were able to restore something that has such sentimental values to them and made it look brand new!!!! This place is totally worth trying mark my words! read more
