While it did not implicate the PAC Program in any way, the owner and staff members took the post seriously. They handled the situation professionally and took steps to ensure the integrity of the program and protect the children and even the accused. Understanding that individual's accounts are hacked every single day and that the accused stated that she had not made the post... and that it was being investigated by the proper authorities, the child deserved the full investigation and support throughout it. The child, the feelings of the participants and integrity of the program remained protected by the staff. The safety and support for everyone was taken in consideration. Their policies and procedures provides a safe and nurturing facility for our children. I know my child has stated how supportive the other children are. How they encourage and inspire each other to be better. How great the staff is in their support and pushing them to reach deeper! How inspiring and how amazing! Keep up the amazing work in providing our child with an amazing experience. I sincerely hope that they get to the bottom of things and that it is all a lie. To destroy a person's reputation is a serious offense! I would not want to be accused of horrible things. We worry about identity theft everyday. This is just as bad!!

We've tried a few other places, of which my overall impression was pretty poor, but look, I'm not expecting them to start lap swimming before they're 5 years old - that being said, I like how the student to instructor ratio is low (1:4 at the most - I taught in the town of hempstead and would do 15-20 kids to myself regularly) how it's separated and the instructors themselves. All great things. I'm sure that as time goes on we'll pivot as schedules allow, but I think this is a great place for those who's kids are already comfortable in the water and able to listen to instructions.

The exception to this is the ninja warrior program which is not worth the money. It costs almost as much as gymnastics and it's only an hour. Classes run back to back also. So It takes 15 minutes for the staff to assemble a warrior course in the very back, which bites into your hours time. Then the kids just run the same course over and over. It's cute, but for 45 minutes of an obstacle course, it should be pretty cheap. My only other frustration is the mob scene that erupts when classes are changing. There's zero flow or crowd control. And no gap at all in start/end times. So you're fighting your way through "parenting pick up pandemonium". I generally find the staff and coaches very helpful and nice, as well as the desk clerks. No complaints there and they offer some really nice camp options during the summer. I would recommend gymnastics definitely.

I feel the response from the owner was nothing but victim blaming and slander instead of taking accountability. We moved at the end of the summer and she misses Gym Nest very much. She tried out for our new local gym's Xcel Bronze team. One of the best…read moreparts of this camp is that all children have the opportunity to swim in an indoor olympic-size swimming pool every day with daily swim lessons. The pool is clean and well maintained. Our other favorite part of Future Stars Suffolk is the giant indoor air-conditioned sports arena that the children play in every day! I never have to worry about my children over-heating outside in extreme summer temperatures or miss playing sports and being active b/c it's raining outside. The large size of the arena is phenomenal and Future Stars sections it off for the different sports and age groups. All of the counselors at Future Stars Suffolk have been fun, friendly and attentive. The director is excellent, very visible and hands on and the entire office staff is always kind, prompt and responsive to any questions I have. We highly recommend Future Stars Suffolk!!!

We shared our feedback with the event manager, and she took it with grace and understanding which really stood out to us. It shows they take feedback, good or bad, in order to make the experience better, which we highly appreciated. Our party coordinators, Dylan, Daniel, and Imani were amazing! We were in complete awe with how they handled the kids -- and we had a lot (32 kids to be exact)! They were patient, kind, and were always ready and willing to answer any questions we had. They truly made our experience one to remember. I know working with huge groups of children can be tough at times, but their professionalism throughout the whole event was amazing. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and am looking forward to returning with my kids for open play.
