They stock some of the best items for Tanning/red light therapy in the industry and most are top sellers and are all backed up by science and research. Varying degrees of prices for products for everyone's budget. But sometimes... You get what you pay for! After 30 mins of me sitting watching them allow others to tan that just walked in. I asked how long it would be Abby was very rude to me and said other appointments walked in. I asked why she quoted me 10 mins and didn't inform me of that while I was waiting. I asked for a refund Abby then claimed they have no refunds. I asked for the managers information and she refused. I will be calling every day until I reach a manager and get a refund. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.

When I walked in, I immediately noticed the establishment was modern with its open floor plan, clean and both customers and hairdressers all seemed happy, engaged in conversation while working - immediately a good vibe. Terry acknowledges me and as soon as she's finished with the previous customer she comes over to me to take a look at what she's dealing with (a color disaster to say the least) Terry really took her time to evaluate what was done to my hair by the previous person. She went over the details of what she planned on doing to correct my hair color making sure to address all my questions in the process. We had a really lovely time chatting while she worked on the foils. She checked the foils often and made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The outcome was unbelievable to me because when I walked in I looked like a fox (not in a good way) and Terry sent me out the door with a high level of confidence in my appearance. We were able to enjoy some much needed time just being present with each other as we sipped Prosecco during our foot soak. The local toffee we had were divine! The robes they provide are comfortable & great quality. I enjoyed my massage with Amanda. She had a great balance of fluid movement with firm pressure. We both thought the temperature of the table was just right & relaxing. I definitely felt myself falling asleep. My husband fell asleep. My husband enjoyed his massage with Kimberly. He said that she is skilled & worked out knots he didn't realize he had. He appreciated the amount of firm pressure she applied. He said he felt like he could do gymnastics afterwards & was pleased that he could feel the difference hours later. Our entire experience was rejuvenating.
