I left there bleeding with scabs forming and I had to be in a wedding in four days. they told me it will be fine and it will go away and it did not. I just vowed to never go back there again. unfortunately, a family member not knowing my feelings about this business gave me a gift card for Christmas. In looking at all the services I've had with this business I actually cringed in going back. but I figured at least I could do the ear candling which I had done before unscathed. I booked the appointment online and called to confirm it was booked and 4 days before my appointment they sent me a text that that service is no longer available. Not even a courtesy call. I guess they don't inform their Receptionist when a service is discontinued. Since the thought of having any other service done there made me anxious, I asked for a refund. They said no problem. Few days later I received another text saying that they had refunded my money. When I inquired as to where they refunded it too since it was a gift card, they said oh we don't refund gift cards. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to put them on notice. These people have no business sense whatsoever. They are a small local business who is risking their reputation for $100. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. This is not a way to run a business.

We were extremely disappointed at check out when our total came to be $150, PER PERSON. This is not the fault of the women who rung me up. They were not very eager to help me despite being nice and questioning the pricing in a polite manner but obviously the pricing is an issue among the higher ups. I also take responsibility for that, as I could have double checked beforehand how much the massage was going to be I am just disappointed because I chose hand and stone because I always heard that they were very reasonable and I was not expecting a total of $300. The quality of the massage was okay and again this is not necessarily the fault of the masseuses however the cleanliness issue I feel is more their responsibility...I noticed a few days after my massage that I started to get painful cystic acne in the pattern of the face rest on their table. It wasn't clearing up and was extremely painful to the point where I couldn't sleep. I ended up having to make a doctors appointment to get prescribed antibiotics and was also diagnosed with RING WORM...ON MY FACE!!! I am absolutely disgusted. I will update this review because I am waiting to hear back about my refund (I only ever requested a refund once I was diagnosed with ring worm) but AVOID THIS LOCATION/COMPANY if you want to spend $300 for RING WORM. Update: they are refusing to give me a refund and are very dismissive of my case. HORRIBLE customer service. There is no way I contracted ring worm from anywhere else...I offered to prove that in any way I could from bank statements to anything they would possibly need. i am baffled and disappointed. I contacted both the county and state health departments and will be pursuing legal action.

I wanted to enjoy this place. The first time I went was nice and the lady no longer works there…read more Today I ended my bikini-"full" session early. She was running ten minutes late so I totally get how that can be a hassle since I've been in the hospitality industry. It didn't feel the best to wait ten past my appt time plus the add'l ten mins I chose to arrive early. But again, I get it. She called my first name from the hallway when usually I've had estheticians come out all the way into the reception area and say, "hi my name is... I will be doing your [service] today." Ok. Fine...... No big deal to me I just want the thing done and it's okay. We entered the room and she didn't say a word so I got undressed. I hate being a prissy patron. I wasn't going to mind that the ladies usually say something nice when it's time to strip down and get on the table. This review wouldn't even exist if it weren't for how it went, overall: I tried to relax because I know some people have very serious faces, and maybe she was trying to catch up after being late. Tbh, I would be pissed at that point in my workday. But then she goes... "if you don't [get in a certain position] it's only gonna hurt more." I said something like, "I'll try my best..." (knowing that I'm way too uncomfortable at this point and anything from here on out is just gonna be reflex-reactions)... Finally after my asking for a few moments of pause so I could relax more, and she said something, I said, "I wasn't gonna say anything but you're making me really ill-at-ease." When I stopped it just before the last strip application she goes, "I don't think waxing is for you, love." I'm forty and look 15 but I used to get a Brazilian wax monthly throughout all my 20s. I just got home from it ...I'm gonna see if I need to book another appointment to get the rest done. I hate to leave this but it wouldn't seem right not to... I think it's probably a good crew here.
