J... was just always yelling at them all day and how they always had to put their heads down. Who in their right mind would employ someone who constantly yells at and punishes preschoolers? And the kicker, before I forget, the same MS. J..., on two separate occasions, was at the counter talking to another teacher about how much she hates her job and wants to leave. Who runs this place?

She just spews out knowledge! Mrs. Carolyn and Mrs. Raquel are great and I trust them entirely. This school is very secure as well, I still have never had any issues or scares with security. You can't just walk out with someone's kids. Overall, I'm very happy that I found this school. It's been a great place to meet new friends for my daughter and myself and also a great place to ensure that my child gets a good head start on her education.

My family LOVES Turtle Tots. This is not your average baby mill. The classes are small, the…read moreteachers are reliable with low turnover, and the attitude of the staff is amazing and positive. After looking at several daycares in the area, I chose this one for my daughter who is in the infant class because: The class size for infants is capped at 4. This means that she will never be in a room with 8 babies and one teacher (out of compliance with state codes). The caregivers really care. They are consistent and I haven't seen them ever play favorites. I never worry about my kiddo's well-being. The facility is always clean and well-kempt. The cleaning products are all-organic (which is nice, not a huge sell for me as I use regular stuff at my home, but for some it is important). If I have called the facility, the phones are answered promptly. My questions are always answered courteously, and no one seems rushed. Overall, this is a great facility and I didn't even remember to call them to check on my baby her first day there, which I think says a lot about the facility. You get peace of mind here. My daughter loves going into the building in the mornings. She smiles as soon as she sees her teacher, and is always happy to transfer arms. No tears, ever! I highly recommend this daycare, and have told several co-workers about it for their children.

My son attended Turtle Tots from the time he was 3 months old until he was 3 years old. Shortly…read moreafter his 3rd birthday I discovered that the daycare had made well over $7,000 in unauthorized charges to my credit card that the daycare had on file. The daycare admitted the charges were unauthorized. However, when I asked the owner to refund the money they initially told me that they did not have the funds available to refund me for the unauthorized charges and they asked if I would accept credits for future services until the amounts were repaid. I rejected that offer & requested immediate reimbursement. After several weeks of calls & emails seeking reimbursement, the daycare finally reimbursed me for over $7k of the unauthorized charges. I (like most parents) want to make sure that my children are at a daycare I know I can trust and where my kids are safe. After this incident I personally no longer felt like I could trust Turtle Tots so I chose to withdraw my children. I will note that we loved my son's teacher - Ms. Jeanette. She was great and our son adored her but given the circumstances we felt that we had no choice to pull our children from turtle tots. I do not think the teachers had anything to do with the unauthorized charges but again, given the circumstances I did not feel comfortable leaving my children there.

The intricate workmanship from the church's interior, to the exterior, to the ceiling, to the windows, the mausoleum, and to the fixtures, are so epic. We really appreciated the time that Maggie and Cindy spent with us. Quite entertaining and a valuable experience. Definitely a 'must visit' when visiting historic St. Augustine. A++
