I walked in today, the office staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, great at multitasking and very accommodating! Kristel, the technician that walked me back to the CT Scan room and whom performed the Scan was equally as friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about the process and comforting as she explained what I should expect and made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any questions prior to and post the scan procedure. Again, great to know I was able to have this procedure completed locally and it was very affordable. A satisfied customer! Dee P.

I was skeptical and got a second opinion with an ER doctor and an Orthopedic Surgeon whom both stated the injury will simply heal on its own and surgery is not necessary. I am due for a routine mammogram, which my insurance covers. However, I was told that if I didn't…read moreschedule the ultrasound with them (which costs $1500 out of pocket), they would refuse to perform the mammogram. I already had the ultrasound scheduled elsewhere, but they still refused to provide the mammogram. This hospital does not seem to prioritize patient care, and it feels like they are more focused on overcharging locals rather than properly serving the community. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this facility, and I believe it should be reevaluated for its practices.

He demonstrates his knowledge on his craft and explains it to you to help you understand in a simple way. He never once tried to oversell services or convince me that the solution I needed was more than what needed to be done to really solve the issue. He arrived on time. He communicated well. He provided documentation as needed. The pricing was very fair and I was happy with that. In Miami, that goes a long way because there are just way too many service people that try to con you to make a buck. Rick is legit and you can trust him. I would definitely hire him again if ever needed and most definitely recommend him for mold remediation.

They left everything like new and helped me navigate this difficult process, no insurance used, but hes a pro at serving as a liaison to insurance companies. Hope to never need them again, but I would not go anywhere else as long as their service area reaches me. They truly saved our home when they came to my home after a severe leak had damaged a great portion of our home. They acted quickly, brought a truck load of equipment to mitigate the damage with a large team. Drying fans and scrubbers were installed, heating pads were placed where needed and floors, walls and ceilings were saved once the drying and dehumidifying tubes installed. Excellent, professional care. Great deal of attention to detail to ensure the water damage was dried out completely. 5 stars to the team at AAA American, they acted quickly and professionally to dry the rooms out, clean out everything including HVAC and all surfaces, thoroughly searching the entire home (no stone left unturned) and prepare them for being restored. I was so pleased and relieved to work with Bill and his team. He knew how stressed I was and held my hand the entire way, with a good and easy plan of action - all leading to a great result! Not to mention how he communicated with me via text and email sending regular pics and updates. Thanks so much!
