I took them back to request a refund and they only offered to replace them but everything on the shelf had expiration dates of May 2021, and were even older! They would not give me a refund without a receipt, but they did not offer a receipt at purchase, only a simple thank you. I expected to see a much higher rating for this place. I've been coming here the past 6 years and…read morewould recommend it to anyone. In fact I know a bunch of people who always use a&j. Now, you have to know what they're good for. If you need to repair a tire, or are looking to buy a good used tire, this is your place. I get used run-flat tires which always need to be replaced after New York winters. As for the owner that a few people have commented on, I don't think I've ever dealt with him. The staff (who work very hard) have always been fine to deal with. They're open 7 days a week! That's big. $15 to repair a tire, $45 for a used tire, $60 for a used run-flat. That's really all you need to know.

NOT RESPONDING FOR CALLS/EMAILS AFTER COMPLETED JOB. I…read morecompleted the agreed scope of work on time and delivered all drawings as requested. Communication was fine during the project, but after completion, all calls and emails regarding final payment were ignored. This is very unprofessional and disappointing, especially after multiple follow-ups and attempts to resolve the matter respectfully. I would advise others to be cautious and secure full payment terms upfront. Transparency and accountability are essential in any business relationship, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards at all.
