I found Tony's on the internet, called to explain the situation and within 3 hours, Tony arrived with ladders to reach the guttering at 30 feet high; Tony cleared the gutters and hoppers and said that gutter was sloping backwards; he removed & realigned that gutter and placed new brackets. He could have just cleaned the small amount of debris and left it misaligned, but he was very professional and kind and repaired the slope for the same price quoted which for over 2 hours work, was admirable and kind. On the second piece of work Louis carried out at my property, he and his colleague John arranged for scaffolding to be set-up and carried out the removal of an old chimney stack at the back of the property, taking the brick down to below roof level, installing felt and new tiles over the opening and finishing with a tile vent.
