We ordered a grape / tiger blood and a medium tiger blood and immediately knew we should have super-sized both of them. This may be the smoothest and most flavorful sno-cone I've eaten in years, absolutely no chunks of hard ice it's definitely like eating a cup of fresh snow drenched in the flavor of your choice. If the open sign is lit there will probably be a line but the staff here is not only friendly they are super efficient so pull out you cash and wait your turn the line here moves quickly with its two windows so order and pay at the first and pull forward to get rewarded - if it's been awhile since you've experienced a "brain freeze" prepare yourself it's only a few bites away...

Staff is friendly and seem to know a lot of the regulars who walked up. Flavors are posted on the wall outside and cup sizes are modeled inside. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake snowball stuffed (which means with ice cream inside). The flavor was good--very sweet, as expected, but there was barely any ice cream inside...I had to swirl it around with my straw trying to find the ice cream but there was less than a teaspoon. I would still recommend them if you want a regular snowball without all the bells and whistles.

The worst experience ever. I will never go back. We were headed back home, out of state, and heard…read moregood stuff about this place so my family decided to stop. Well they gave my 16 year old sister a flimsy tray to hold two snow cones and a frito pie, inevitably, she's a klutz so she dropped my snowcone. She went to the window and spoke to the woman and told her what happened and the owner said, "give me a minute." Yes, their line stretched to the street and they were busy but we assumed she'd give us a replacement as she SAW the snowcone on the ground... NO. The owner and window worker told us we had to buy another. You charge $2.25 for a medium that literally take less than .50 to make and for the sake of customer service you couldn't make another?!!? I was very kind and the worker lashed out saying, "you know how many people dropped their snowcones from the tray? I would be broke if I made everyone a new one!!" Well maybe you need a new style of TRAY?! I thought, but for the sake of not causing a commotion We left. I was more hurt at the fact that I know she looked at the color of my skin and felt that she didn't need to exemplify great customer service and then began to act as if us asking for another was a crime. If I would've been of a different complexion, she definitely wouldn't have treated me with disrespect and would've kindly advised that's she'd make another. But that's fine. We will never Be back. They're are money hungry and racist. Which yes, that is a big statement to make, but I really felt discriminated upon the way she lashed out at me. It was the principle!!!
