Responded to their text to reserve a bike for the treadmill. I was surprised to see they only had 1 bike and 1 strider as my home studio has 2 of each, but the studio was a little smaller than mine. The coach was great, front desk staff was friendly. Was a great visit and workout.

I figured it would be like most BOOTCAMP style workout facilities. Where you have circuit style workout on chalk boards, trainer pushing the group to push themselves, and using free weights throughout the workout. I really enjoy taking the Human Performance classes because each workout is different and innovative. My problem before coming to MBHPC was that I would go too hard in the gym and then be too sore to even move the next couple of weeks. These guys get you on the right plan to see the progress you want without feeling too sore to move! This place is seriously perfect for any athlete, person with an athletic past, or anyone who is trying to get fit and healthy for the first time. They know what they are talking about and will help you reach your health and fitness goals.

This is an old school gym meant for people that come to lift without it being a club atmosphere…read more They have plenty of plates, dumbbells go up to 150lbs, the machines are antiquated but honestly, so what? I don't need a pretty set of weights to lift. The down side is the cafe is never open when I'm there. I work early morning from 5 to 7ish and it would be nice to sit down and have a cup of coffee and chill out. It does get hot inside during the summer and cold in the winter. This doesn't matter to me but I'm sure many want climate control as comfortable as possible. I like this gym because it's no nonsense. I can workout without the TickTocers filming or instagram models taking pictures. This is an actual gym with a shut up and lift attitude

I was on vacation here for a week and was looking for a place to work out and this was the answer…read more They have daily rates as well as as weekly rates. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gym itself has a very old school feel. There are a lot of free weight machines with some unique exercises that you don't see often. It is small but the gym is a great place to work out. It is no frills, no gimmicks but has everything you need to get a great workout in. If you are in town and are a serious lifter, I highly recommend this one.
