I came in here really excited. I was especially looking forward to the hot stone massage provided at the end. I got there and there were only two staff and it was empty. I had told them I made an appointment at 11 and it didn't look like they were expecting me. So I waited a few minutes until they got everything ready. The experience was great up until the last part. I remembered the hot stone massage was listed so I went to check again and it is on the website like in the screen recording I provided. When they finished blow drying my hair was still a bit wet. I asked them what about the hot stone massage and the two workers were telling me that it isn't included but i showed them the description on their website. I showed them the description and they denied to do the service. I ended up having to pay for a service I fully did not receive and left disappointed and for this I will not be back. *my partner called and spoke to the owner. i truly appreciate them taking accountability and making up the service truly what a good business is. it was my first time and although there was an incident they were kind and made it up. i will be coming back because i would like to try their other services thank you! read more

She was so nice and welcoming. Customer satisfaction is really her number one priority. We got the luxury head spa treatment and it was amazing! They wash and massage your scalp, neck and shoulders. Then you get a mini facial along with steam treatment on the hair that leaves your hair so silky soft! I loved all their products! The arms and back massage at the end was a great touch. The spa was clean and organized with very comfortable chairs with headrest (some places don't have that). Come try Ishine. You will not be disappointed. I usually have a lot of hair loss when I wash my hair. I noticed after the treatment there was a noticeably less hair loss when I wash my hair (I did get the detox scrub add-on). My Friend and I did the luxurious package. It was worth the money spend. They shampoo they used smelled really good and it was natural ingredients. Left our hair also shining and very smooth. They also took the black heads on our face and use the green tea exfoliating and green algae mask after the facial massage. Our face were brighter and felt very clean. Lots of parking, located on the 2nd floor... Definitely recommend if you're interested in the viral scalp/head massages. Staff at the front desk spoke English and staff doing head massage did not. But nonetheless, all were very professional, sweet, and kind. We were led to our beds in a dark relaxing room with relaxing music and lights projected onto the ceiling. We were asked to remove our shirts and I was asked to leave my bra on but put the straps down (so they can massage your shoulders). You'll then lay down with your head toward the sink and they'll place a heating pad on your abdomen! Super nice touch, imo. Then they'll get to work. I think this is more of a relaxing experience than one to treat any scalp issues but I'm sure they can help with that if you ask. I definitely drifted off a few times. Our treatment included hot rocks and a short shoulder massage. Afterwards, my hair was combed and blow dried. This experience would've been even better if they used a moisturizing conditioner and did a better job combing and drying my hair; my hair was kinda frizzy afterwards. This is what a facial should be. I did the BareFace facial, an hour 15 mins. So much to describe but I'll just give a brief highlight; all of the normal expected facial creams, massages etc, but beyond that just mask, red light therapy, amazing neck shoulder massages, stretching of your neck, shoulders, lymph massage, head, temples etc. then at the end you sit up, and they massage your shoulders and upper back also. Could not have been happier with this treatment - also we called on short notice and got two appointments at the same time for my daughter and I. And they are open late, another huge plus.
