We had a zoom meeting/interview and she said she would present my resume to her team and that I had a good amount of skills that could translate into various positions. We were supposed to have a follow up meeting end of July as well. I revised my resume after our first zoom meeting and sent it back to her that day. I followed up with her several other times in July and August and literally never heard back from her. Not through email, not through phone call. I called the agency and they said that I could not be assigned to a new recruiter and that they would leave a message for Jessica who was out of town and I as well left a message for her. They said she would be back Monday and could contact me then. I never heard from her or anyone. Very disappointed in this experience.

Please allow me to elaborate about my experience: I received a call from Joe Zelasko, Lead Recruiter on a rainy Wednesday about a job with a reputable company near my home (about 4 minutes away from my home to be exact) . The position was exactly what I had been looking for. Joe matched my skills with the company's job description and it was such an awesome fit. After the phone interview with Joe, plans were for me to interview with his manager, Nicole, the next day, however, plans changed and I ended up meeting with her later that same day. My employment was terminated in June 2026, only six weeks into my time with the company. Until the…read morelast week, I was frequently praised for my performance and received nothing but positive feedback. I was warned before I even started about a co-worker who was very difficult to work with. I found this to be true after only a few days in the role. I was yelled at and spoken down to by the co-worker and, as appropriate, I notified my manager on-site. I had to inform her of a few different instances that made for a hostile work environment and as a result, the company retaliated. Not only was I terminated for invalid reasons, my reporting of problems and lies told by the co-worker that's so difficult, I wasn't even given a chance to speak on the allegation that I acted unprofessionally. The claim was made after I facilitated a presentation on a topic approved by my on-site manager, Holly Goulding, which she told me I did a good job with afterward. Rather than ask what happened, Shelby was very accusatory and incredibly rude, demonstrating no concern for the truth or behaving in an ethical manner. Furthermore, the company lied to unemployment, but of course, could not support their claims, so I have been granted access to the resource.
