My employment was terminated in June 2026, only six weeks into my time with the company. Until the last week, I was frequently praised for my performance and received nothing but positive feedback. I was warned before I even started about a co-worker who was very difficult to work with. I found this to be true after only a few days in the role. I was yelled at and spoken down to by the co-worker and, as appropriate, I notified my manager on-site. I had to inform her of a few different instances that made for a hostile work environment and as a result, the company retaliated. Not only was I terminated for invalid reasons, my reporting of problems and lies told by the co-worker that's so difficult, I wasn't even given a chance to speak on the allegation that I acted unprofessionally. The claim was made after I facilitated a presentation on a topic approved by my on-site manager, Holly Goulding, which she told me I did a good job with afterward. Rather than ask what happened, Shelby was very accusatory and incredibly rude, demonstrating no concern for the truth or behaving in an ethical manner. Furthermore, the company lied to unemployment, but of course, could not support their claims, so I have been granted access to the resource. read more

every recruiter I've spoken with at insight global has called me repeatedly about sales jobs that I wasn't interested in or ghosted me. I've never had a good experience with them and find them extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to work with them or work for them. they can't even give people common decency. The brand your recruiters create for themselves is EVERYTHING in the staffing industry. read more

I am a former consultant of IG. They used to be pretty good and over the last 2/3 years, I have witnessed a massive nose-dive-type decline in their service. Their recruiters are straight-out ghosting candidates. I've tried to call them, and email them but almost ZERO responses. I don't know what exactly happened to these people. I wish they hired some proper recruiters who will work with the candidates and not just ghost them. read more

They will ghost you. I've been contacted by representatives from this company quite a few times over the past few years. Meet with rep, they ask for references and once they get them... so long and thanks for all the fish read more

I completed one 3 month contract with this company. Before it was completed I reached out to them for another assignment. I dint receive anything other than an email stating that my contract was coming to an end and to apply for unemployment. Each person that I have reached out to at this company, that had a hand in hiring me, has quit. From the recruiters I met with to the HR lady. I have tried reaching out several times and even reposted an updated resume, as well as applied for several positions that I know I am highly qualified for and I have not received anything in return. Not even a "You were not chosen for this job" email. This company is just good for one time gigs. read more

Wow! This is the BEST experience I've had hands down! The website clearly states core values, that seem to be accurate. Nicolette maintained constant contact with me during the entire process. Kendall was great! She went above and beyond to ensure I was highly informed. read more

So this is the office (Samantha, but doubting it's legit) just IMd me using their burner phone for a job I'm under qualified for, said to get in touch if other jobs were a better fit, which IMd back with and was ghosted, to which I later tried phoning that # to find it was busied out permanently. The 2-star review of this office is spot on. Hey IG - candidates can go anywhere today. We no longer need to deal with sucky people like yours. Ciao read more

Due to their extremely high turn over rate at this office location the new person on staff will call you ever 3 to 6 months! Then ask you the same set of questions all over again like the last person did 3 to 6 months ago and waste your time! thanks and good luck! read more

Insight Global - Talent Agencies Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

Insight Global discriminate against Americans with Disabilities. A formal complaint was filed with the EEOC after one of their recruiters, solicited a position to me in Oct of 2017, yet could not state what Insight Global's policy is on promoting and fulfilling positions with Americans with Disabilities. Before the recruiter knew of my disability, I was, in her words, "An Amazing Fit For" (given my certification, experience). However, I was no longer considered for the role once my disability was disclosed. The recruiter fled faster than a kitchen roach at midnight once the lights are turned on. I recently was contacted by Morgan from their Norfolk office to come in for an interview. I might add they actively sought me out on a job website I had posted a resume on. Anyway, I agreed to meet with her. She said she had some positions she thought I would be a great fit for, and seemed very enthusiastic about my work experience. Weirdly enough, after the interview, she asked for a copy of my resume and references, and I never heard from her again. I tried following up with her, but was completely ghosted. To add insult to injury, she said she would validate my parking, but as I left, I ended up having to pay for it myself. Stay classy y'all. read more

I truly felt valued by the staff. They helped me find a permanent position that matches not just my experience but my work personality. I would have never found this position without them. read more

The hiring process was simple and through video call. As contractors, Insight Global is in charge of communicating certain information to us in regards to the job. However, Danielle Bender failed to communicate certain information regarding meetings and as a result did not want to pay me for my time. I don't recommend this company as the people who work here will not own up to their mistakes. You're better off working for a company who will pay you for your work and time. read more

Poor treatment of contract employees by recruiters. Once a contract is over and they have no use for you, all communication ceases. We were laid off after 1 month on a project that was supposed to last several months. Instead of a formal announcement, one of my teammates received a call mid day and was put in the awkward position of letting the rest of us know. Very unprofessional read more

This company is staffed by some superfriendly, incompetent twenty somethings who don't know what they are doing. I was encouraged to leave my current employer right away but I was professional and gave two weeks notice. The afternoon before I was to start my new job they called and said I would need to take a drug test. That process ended up taking ten days to complete. After that debacle I was told they needed to complete a background check in DC. The company they outsourced it to blamed COVID on the delay because the courts were closed. The background check is done by the police. I waited another month and finally paid for my own report. Two weeks after forwarding it to Tori and Kevin they called me and said the job I was supposed to start July 8 was eliminated. They said they were really sorry. read more

Called me about a job all excited and hot -to-trot. Promising a call from her lead and a follow on interview. No call came and when I called in -8 working days later for an update, was told "it's close to the holiday (Thanksgiving) so a lot of people are in & out". Sure that makes sense. Fast forward to the Thursday after turkey day and we have a third person promise to "get you some answers on this by the end if the day" We are well past that day and people who are job hunting still value their time. Just say "we didn't want you" or " no longer interested". Email and voicemail exist to ease their burden. Poor showing for an employment company. Advise you stay clear of them if you're serious about your time. read more

Absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for an Employment Agency that goes above and beyond, Insight Global is the best company in the Atlanta/Metro Atlanta area. I cannot say enough about the professionalism this company showed me. I was amazed by the number of calls I received while I was in the midst of interviewing. Joe Zelasko is awesome. Please allow me to elaborate about my experience: I received a call from Joe Zelasko, Lead Recruiter on a rainy Wednesday about a job with a reputable company near my home (about 4 minutes away from my home to be exact) . The position was exactly what I had been looking for. Joe matched my skills with the company's job description and it was such an awesome fit. After the phone interview with Joe, plans were for me to interview with his manager, Nicole, the next day, however, plans changed and I ended up meeting with her later that same day. Nicole was just as professional as Joe. She was very warm & inviting and gave me a complete understanding of the company I was planning to interview with. During the interview process Joe contacted me before my interviews and after my interviews (even at 7pm in the evening). He kept me in the know while I was awaiting a response from the hiring company and that was so comforting. I knew that even if I was not offered the position with the company I interviewed with, I knew I wanted to continue working with Insight Global. To wrap things up, I was offered the position and I am so very grateful to Insight Global for contacting me. Marlin read more

This company is poorly organized. They schedule you for interviews but don't communicate with you that you have a interview making you look back and the company your interviewing not want to hire you. They pay way less for jobs than other temp agencies that have the same job ($3 less a hour). When you call for work they do not return your calls. I would rather work for McDonald's then this company. I am over qualified for any job I have applied for with them so it's their loss. read more

I've worked many, many employment agencies as a technical consultant. For this to have a national presence, I'm not impressed. While I have been contacted several times by them via different offices, they all seem to "disappear" after much excitement and celebration with "You seem to be a good fit." I worked for them during a brief assignment and I still have yet to actually meet my recruiter in face-to-fact, even though I suspect that she was in the office the day that I completed my on-boarding packet. In summary, they have good rates, good benefits but a very virtual presence, not a very warm and fuzzy type of company which values their employees. read more

They put me in a room and forgot about me. They asked me to come in again i did never heard anything from them. I emailed and she never responded. A third person contacted and begged me to come in a third time. Three contracts with this joke of a company. The first ended because they screwed up the service so bad, the client fired the entire company! Then, my "Team" of merry contractors got moved to another contract. Well guess what, Insight screwed the budget on this one, and 20 of us got laid off 2 weeks later. Fast forward 10 years. I, under much consideration, agreed to a 90 day to hire contract. Figured 90 days, how bad can they screw that up? Well, Telling the client that I had completed a background check that I never took, and then not updating me or informing of the clients policies..... When the client made me an offer to hire me on (9 months later), they were not able to because they do not recognize a medical marijuana prescription. YES MEDICAL! Insight Global has placed Several candidates at this client, so they were well aware of this policy, just forgot to tell me. Now they wont pay my PTO, and I was terminated on the spot!!! If I do not get a positive response monday regarding my PTO (only 4 days) then I will be calling a lawyer. Avoid Insight Global at all cost! They will lie, and manipulate the situation, just to get you onsite so they can rake in that easy money. Save yourself, your integrity, and your career. In my 25 years of professional IT work, I have NEVER been treated so poorly. Remember, these are the people who are suppose to help and represent you. read more

A recruiter named Chris Payne from Insight Global Atlanta reached out via LinkedIn about a contract job he had matching my skillset. I followed up promptly and sent over my resume her his request. And here's where I should've listened to my gut... He asked me for 2 reference right away. Thought that was odd - very early in process for references - but I obliged. He then emailed saying he had a 2nd job that was a great fit & to let him know if he could submit me for it. When I read the new job description - it had ZERO to do with my skillset/background! Literally nothing in common to the point I thought it was a mistake. I declined the 2nd job, but followed up about the 1st job he had reached out with. Guess what? He ghosted me. Oh, but he reached out to my references to see if they wanted the 2nd job I declined and asked them for references right away. Felt like a job bait-and-switch and also like he needed to fulfill a call quota. Looking back - none of it seems legit. Dont waste your time! read more

Insight Global is a great company to work for! I love the environment and love the people that I work with. I feel like I couldn't have found a better company to start my career with in Houston. The day I interviewed I asked myself, "Are they always like this?" Everyone has such an outgoing and friendly personality and it IS this way every day! There is never a dull moment in the office and outside of the office we are always enjoying our office's company. I feel lucky to have found such a great work environment to work for! read more

Well-connected, Insight Global has high-quality opportunities to offer job hunters in the market. Since I was moving from Florida to Georgia, the Florida contact communicated with his Atlanta counterpart to coordinate a metro-Atlanta interview. I will contact Insight Global the next time I am looking for good job opportunities. read more

I contracted with them for over 2 years. Once they sign you up you hardly see them again. When the contract is over, and if they can't make more money on your work, they forget you quickly. They continued taking benefit premiums from money I was due for each weeks pay for three weeks after my last day. Then when I used them, even verifying I was still covered at the time, the providers now want their money. This is 2 1/2 months after the job. Now, Insight Global wants to refund the premiums they deducted. I wonder how many others money they kept? Their benefits package is lousy to begin with. For example their 401k matches a whopping $250 per year! If you get a job with them and you have no issues requiring your to contact them, you'll be fine. Otherwise you are cattle to them. read more

These recruiters and the people who answer the phone are really unprofessional. The company has serious trust issues with their staff. No call goes through unless it's screened and the recruiters don't have individual voicemails. The company has to know everything about everyone that calls..It's almost cult like. If you raise your voice (the slightest) at some of the incompetent people who answer the phone due to their 'don't have a clue' attitude, they take it personal and decide give you the run-a-round (very shady).. It's utterly ridiculous. I would not feel comfortable giving this company my personal information such as social security number, etc. It's some type of 'over the top' hands on, don't trust your own recruiters / account managers type of vibe going on there. They make sure that they don't miss a beat about who is calling, and it seems to have a high turnover so.. not surprising at all.. There are plenty of recruiters out there, and I would recommend using another one..I've also experienced discrimination with some of the recruiters there specific to pay rate quoted to me. It's not a positive experience. If any reputable company wants me to work as a contract employee with them, they best choose another recruiting company to hire me through. I'll respond 'NO' in a heartbeat if they mention Insight Global, and I'll tell the client company why I refuse to work with Insight Global. These people are over the top. read more

This is my second time now working as a contractor for Insight Global and I have to say I really enjoyed my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Laura Clark who showed exceptional professionalism in getting me in front of the right people. I highly recommend that you reach out to her via LinkedIn. She didn't just do a keyword search on my resume and throw me in front of her client. Laura was very thorough in making sure I understood the opportunity and clearly communicated her clients needs. What impressed me the most about her is that, unlike most recruiters, she went above and beyond to communicate where I stood in the interview process. Even if this meant that her client wasn't available, experiencing delays or still speaking with candidates I was never left wondering where I stood as a candidate. After my interviews she displayed a high interest in knowing how my experience went and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend doing business with Insight Global and Laura Clark if you have the opportunity to do so! read more

Both Nikki and Carter handled me professionally. Only things I did not care for was the "push" to have me interview at GP and the dragging out of my previous employment verification.
