Took them to task for the poor service, and then they refused to finish the filing wasting over 2 weeks of time with the deadline approaching. I have fired this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. They were told they would have bigger problems over this, which they responded to by threatening to file a police report (a report for what exactly, I don't know).
