Hiring Alice and Chris to capture our wedding and separate reception was one of the best decisions we made in our whole wedding planning process, hands down. From the moment we met them, my now-wife and I connected with their incredible friendliness and energy. From the moment we saw our pictures, we were blown away. Not only do we now consider Alice and Chris friends, but we have more beautiful images from our wedding than we could have ever imagined. Alice and Chris were professional and warm and thorough from the planning through the day of, and their obvious excitement and passion for what they do made it all the more fun for us as we were taking pictures. Every single person who has seen our wedding photos has commented on how stunning they are, and both of our families will be hiring Alice and Chris for every photography need in the future. We're certainly keeping them on notice when we're ready to start our own family :) Long story short: if you want stunningly gorgeous photos and photographers who become friends, look no further than Alice and Chris.

Having watched wedding planners crater and fall the day of, and have it on occasion affect the transportation part of it that I am involved in, we are sort of an interested party. What I watched was a woman that was smooth, and effortlessly on top of everything, even making sure that I was fed as a driver as a bonus. She was responsive, and literally didn't miss a single thing as far as I could see. I have attended a thousand weddings. I think if I were getting married, this is the one I would choose. I looked at their web site. It must have been Connie. Very graceful professional.

They would not return our deposit after covid caused us to cancel our 2020 wedding plans (due to…read morestate laws, not our own choice). Their justification was that they gave us until the next year to reschedule, but that's not an option for many couples and wasn't an option for us. This was the only vendor we worked with that wouldn't refund the money. We even gave them time to refund us and a year later still wouldn't budge. I understand how in general the wedding industry won't return deposits because they lost a day where they could have had another wedding, but this was clearly not the case. I would have tried legal action but the deposit amount wasn't worth it (and I'm sure the company knew this too). They took one of the most difficult situations of our lives and made it worse. Please avoid this company.

We remember that she even asked us if we are excited to plan our wedding, which no other planners asked us! She didn't brag about what big names she had worked with or try to impress us by going over the top with her accomplishments - she was honest and straight to the point about her style of planning and what we could expect. We knew very quickly that she was the one with whom we wanted to work. From the beginning, Charity made us feel at ease and confident about our wedding. She answered emails in a very timely fashion with detail and encouragement. We actually ended up increasing our package with her to the next tier up. She was able to work with our budget when we decided to upgrade which was very considerate and kind. We really appreciated that! We also really appreciated her strong connections within the New England wedding planning community. She clearly has worked hard at networking and building strong and positive relationships with other vendors. Charity utilizes a great planning platform that was easy to use and fully integrated with her planning style. We were able to use it to help organize our own thoughts and notes while providing insight for her as well. It was useful for us every single time we worked on the wedding! Throughout the entire process charity brought a sense of confidence, strong professionalism, joy, and energy. When we met her for site visits she was incredibly professional and diligent and prepared. She made sure to follow-up on things that needed to be addressed and always made sure to close the loop on things left open. When our wedding weekend finally arrived, we had talked through different circumstances with her in case of emergency -- how we would want things handled if certain things arose or things went sideways. It was really helpful to have talked about those things with her beforehand so we were all on the same page. The morning of our wedding we did have some unexpected things come up and Charity handled them with grace and confidence. She was flexible and adaptable. She didn't make us feel bad or guilty when things went sideways. During the wedding itself, she went above and beyond. She was on top of everything and made us feel so calm. She had a smile on her face and was helpful answering our questions about timing. The entire day went smoothly because of her! Overall we could not be happier that we chose to work with Charity (and she chose to work with us!). She was kind, organized, professional, a great communicator, and detail-oriented. She made our wedding day everything we wanted and MORE!! She truly did help us "delight and surprise" on our big day.

As I was working my way down the boardwalk of the latest festival, I was curious of a large group of people, children and adults alike, stopped and fully engaged with something there in the center of this mass of onlookers. I investigated further, only to find that in the middle of the body of people, was a lone man. He stood there, while 30+ sets of eyes focused on him, he was calm, funny and entertaining. It was an amazing site to see. Attendees, both young and old, were amazed and astounded by the magical act of Phil Smith. He held their attention and made sure to include as many of the watchers as possible. My son and I stood for quite some time, mesmerized with the tricks and jokes that were coming from this modern-day wizard. After a while, we finally broke his spell, and he politely moved down the track a little further, to offer more entertainment to the unsuspecting masses. Phil was never far from the crowd; he was holding magical court and the subjects loved it. Phil, you did an amazing job and both my son, and I appreciate you and your craft. Keep it magical!

My husband and I researched potentially every single wedding photographer based in New England and we kept coming back to Jaimee. From the moment we met, we knew we would vibe perfectly together. Not only is she extremely talented, she's also professional, kind, communicative, a calming presence, funny, and just the best human being. We felt so comfortable around her despite only having met her a couple times prior to our wedding. We knew that we wanted to work with a photographer whose work is timeless - where we could look at the photos decades from now and still be in love with them, and I know that we will. She captured everything so beautifully - things like a raindrop on a leaf, a tear falling from an eye, dancing with grandparents. So many moments were captured that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. In addition to being so incredibly impressed with our wedding photos, she also provided us with sneak peeks that same evening, and our full gallery within two weeks - delivered in the cutest "date night box." I can't explain how happy I am that we chose Jaimee for our wedding. Please work with her - you'll be so happy you did!
