I never have an issue getting an appointment or issues getting my insurance approval done quickly.

I'm 100% satisfied with the care I receive. As a final note the nurses, MAs, PAs, are out of this world. They can answer almost anything you need to know, and often do yet they still bring it up to the Dr. for the final word. He only does injections. I'm diabetic and unfortunately cannot have injections. (All was included in paperwork I filled out weeks ago) to which they ask me if I'd like to keep my appointment to be referred out again. (I pay out of pocket so this was insult to injury) I don't want to be horribly in pain waiting for another dr. That isn't how good pain management works. Anyway. Im Disabled and have been on Pain Management for over 10 years. I take meds as directed and just attempt to have a better quality of life. I'm 55 Years old and have two Teenagers so this Doctor helped me tremendously! It's very difficult establishing a new doctor (Pain Management) in these 2019 Post Opiod War, declared by our government! One prior Doctor actually told me that there was No Guarantee that he would prescribe any Prescriptions and I waited 3 Weeks to get appointment, well after appointment, I did Not get any Pain Meds refilled, and I was asked to go get an MRI and come back in one Week. Well, the Good News is I used that updated MRI and Sent it to this Practice to secure an appointment. Do Not waste time and Money at any other Pain Management Practice in Fort Myers Bonita and Cape Coral! You will Need to Fax in 6 Months of your Medical Records, They actually could not find mine after I faxed them Twice? Might have been My Fault? I actually went to My Previus Doctor and Picked up the Records myself and delivered them to there Fort Myers Office and asked for a Note that they were received with time and Date. I also had Radiology Regional to Email my New Doctor the Updated MRI. Got into the Bonita Springs office within one Week and Had the Most Compassionate Appointment and the Doctor did a Very Detailed First Exam. The Thing that impressed me the Most is he Spent 30 Minutes with me! Now days we are lucky to get 5 Minutes Top with the Doctor, Right? And. They are Not afraid of the Government and the Fake Opiod Scare! They have Compassion and will Take Care o you. Tip: If you are Flexible to Go to any of the 3 Offices, First Time to Get Established anyway, then in Future you can get into office Closet to you as all the Pain Management Doctors Rotate thru the 3 Locations. Side Note: The Fake Opiod Scare, that the Governemnt invented, if you research it deeper, you will Find that the Majority if not all of the Deaths From Opiod abuse are From Illegal Street Drugs. My Insurance Humana has Now Started Denying one of my Pain Pills as of Jan 1, 2019 they took it off the Formulary and I now have to Pay $200 per Month, and Humana Uses the war on Opiods as thier excuse to be greedy and profit from Disabled Patients such as myself! Make the Move to this Pain Management Group, They are from Lee Memorial Hospital. They decided to Open thier own Practice after Lee Memorial and these Pain Management Doctors Could Not agree on new Contract terms in 2018, so they Left Lee and Opened this Practice, it was difficult to establish strictly because they had all thier patients from Lee Memorial Transfering over and at First it was a Two Month Wait to get Appointment! He was rescheduled to Fort Myers office which took 4 phone calls because you can never reach a person in scheduling and have to leave a message. After the injection he was scheduled for a follow up and again after they made the appointment we were called two days before to reschedule because the Dr. again is not in the office. I have called twice to get the appointment rescheduled and again even at 8:00am you cannot reach anyone in scheduling so you are forced to leave a message and they do not return calls left on messaging system. If the VA did not schedule him there we would never use this practice. I will be reporting them to VA Community Care and request other options.

I've been trying for 2 days to get medication that was sent to Walmart for my dad fixed and no one will talk to you on the phone or call you back.
