His attitude was dismissive and abrupt. His ego has possibly gotten the better of him. I chose someone else somewhere else to do my hip replacements. His star burned bright for a while, but he's burned out now. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Go somewhere else where you will be treated with kindness and respect. You will no longer get that from Humbert. He's become yesterday's news. The incompetent office staff doesn't help, but attitudes begin at the top.

My mom has severe pain and yet had to wait almost 2 months for the appointment. She finally has the appointment today the Dr tells her yes we'll give you an injection but you have to wait another 2 months! This is beyond acceptable! She's 80+ years old, in chronic pain and that injection is the only thing that helps her. This office is overbooked and completely incompetent and do not bother speaking with the staff because they don't care.

I waited 45 minutes and still did not get called and inquired about it. I noticed people going in after I had been there. So. visibly annoyed I asked again and said I would be outside. Was then called in, and waited again and when I went looking for water, Dr. asked if I was lost and wasn't going to put up with this BS. He told me his staff said I was a problem. Regardless of whether I was annoyed or whatever, instead of being met with understanding and maybe a sorry about the wait, they told the boss I was a problem leading to the doctor to reprimand me and I didn't hold back on him either. I think it is very wrong for them to make anyone wait an extensive amount of time. There are times these things happen, but you deal with them in a better manner that does not precipitate further animosity in a heighten emotional situation. In other words, say you're sorry to the patients for their wait and don't act like you just have to put up with anything because, well your here to see the "doctor".

So when my left knee started in the same manner of pain, I wanted him again. I love his work and passion for his work, but his office staff are the worst I have ever come across. Never follow up with sending request to radiology or contacting the insurance for approval. They don't return calls. And their PAs are young and playing at guessing games. They don't put anything on your charts so they don't know what has been ordered. Very disappointed. Will have to look for another place to get my left knee taken care of.
