Was humiliated and threatened in front of my four year old son by the officer working the desk. He shouted at me and accused me of taking his picture. In reality, I was attempting to take a video of my son walking into the office to see me. My son's mother was falsely accusing me of child abuse. So to protect myself, and to show how happy he always was to see me, I decided to take short videos of him entering the police station, where my ex wife and I make the exchange for visitation. When I pulled the camera out of my pocket, it was in still in photograph mode, from when I took pics during a previous visit. It was one of those "point and shoot" digital cameras, not a smartphone. The camera went off, taking a blurred snapshot of the floor. I considered it a wash, greeted my son, and was ready to leave. As soon as I put my son down to walk out with him, the desk officer shouted at me about taking his picture. I told him the camera went off by itself accidentally. He then shouted "Come here!", like I was a child. My son instinctively came with me. He told my ex wife to take my son. He shouted at me to come in the back with him. There, he had a colleague stay as a "witness." He proceeded to falsely accuse me of taking his picture. I was in panic mode, trying to show him the blurry pic of the floor and that it was an accident. He began threatening me, saying if I mess with him, I will be in a world of trouble. When I continued to attempt to straighten the situation out, this bald headed f--k then blurted out, "You're gone!!" I left. Then I called to make a complaint. His superior took my call. At first the superior circled the wagons and started attacking me about getting supposedly being upset over an officer giving my son a sticker while we were waiting for my ex wife to pick my son up. This non incident occurred maybe a few weeks before the desk officer threatened me. Regarding the situation that man I with whom I was trying to make my complaint was referring, the reality was, some FAT COW in uniform had walked up to my son, BLEW ME OFF COMPLETELY LIKE I WASN'T EVEN THERE, and gave my son a sticker. I sat quietly and endured the humiliation without complaint. She should've acknowledged me and asked if it was ok to give my son the sticker. In either cas, I still stayed quiet about it. I didn't bother to make that prior situation an issue with the desk officer's superior at that time. I stayed focused on the desk officer's behavior that morning. I did say that I was considering getting my lawyer in on the situation and possibly the press. I told him I thought the officer was a coward with a gun using his position as leverage against someone who just wanted to see son. What kind of a "man" who is armed with a gun, a stick, handcuffs, as well as has access to similar individuals, would threaten an individual who is already scared to begin with? Someone who only wants to see his kid, while trying to avoid trouble with the monster that is his ex wife? The man on the phone seemed to change gears and was willing to listen. In retrospect, I think he was simply attempting to appease me. He didn't really do anything about it except apparently chalking it up as a misunderstanding. Soon after, I began a two and a half year court battle with the ex wife. She used this officer as a potential witness against me. My lawyer, who told me that legally, I can go to the officer's front yard and take pictures if I wanted to, laced into the officer when he took the stand. Now that we were on a level playing field, and he couldn't threaten me, he was unable to meet my gaze. He didn't even have the manhood to tell the truth. His explanation was that he "asked me" not to take his picture. He was nervous, his past bald pate was beet-red. He stammered on the witness stand when he spoke. In my opinion, he gets his courage from his gun and the support of fellow officers. When on his own, he folds up like a cheap card table. This is my assessment of his character. This craven rodent humiliated and threatened me in front of my son, and wasn't man enough to acknowledge it or own up to his wrong doing under oath in open court From then on, when I came in to pick up my son, I stood right in front of his desk, with my back turned to him, to illustrate my disgust and to demonstrate he is beneath me. Occasionally as I would walk away with my son, he would say "have a good day sir." I wouldn't respond. The incident took place in February, 2012. I don't know why I took so long to write about it. As for myself, I stay out of trouble. The last traffic ticket I received was in 1994. I have never been arrested. read more

After I made the police complaint against Leham and Faurot to Alex who forwaded it to Sgt Tong badge # 971, while I was across the street, I later crossed the street traveling across the Baptist Village Church street sidewalk. Officer Huckaby badge #1047 and then Sgt Tong showed up in police cars. Huckaby immediately told me that he was responding to a 911 call that claimed that I was beating my dog. I informed him that I never assaulted my dog and that I never had a stick. I also informed him that two police officers had already "investigated" the false police allegations and I need up having to report them. I informed him that the complaints are prejudice and made up to hide behind FALSE PROBABLE CAUSE. I informed them that I appear to be poor and may look homeless, so the tax office employees made up big lies for FALSE PROBABLE CAUSE to have me run off the Baptist Village Church property, which is next to their property. The officer responded by telling me that he was simply investigating the report. He pretended to not know that the previous officers had already investigated the false allegations. I also informed Huckaby that the last officers (Faurot # 1047 and Lehman # 1068) ran me off the church property to please the tax office, but had NO PROBABLE CAUSE. I also informed Huckaby that people who make false police reports should be ticketed for their false allegations when their lies are discovered. He then told me that PEOPLE LIE TO HIM ALL DAY in police investigations. He also told me that a lot of people call the police, including 911 FOR VERY STUPID REASONS, but if they where ticketed, he would CONSTANTLY HANDING OUT TICKETS (doesn't stop traffic tickets). He stated he would have to give TOO MANY TICKETS FOR PEOPLE AND THEIR FALSE IMPRESSIONS of other people. I reiterated that they never witness me "beat my dog" and that what they did was FALSE TESTIMONY and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. Also, I told him that FALSE TESTIMONY is one of the sins of the Ten Commandments. I explained that it is the devil working through people to attack me. I told him that the devil would not get the victory; I will enter Christ's kingdom!! Then he escalated his defense of the tax office and the Irving police department. He said that the police do not worship Satan. I told him that people do not have to use an oujie board to worship the devil; the devil works through people not reaching out to people in need evangelizing, but instead unnecessarily calling the cops to run the needy away from a church. I said, "Jesus never called the cops on the needy." That is totally satanic. The church is the one place where the poor/ needy should be able to get help without being abused. The officer did not like my responses. I sensed in the purest part of my soul that this officer liked people's prejudices toward the needy as job security and "hero" status. He went on to tell me that the homeless population had grown to a big degree. He said that the businesses surrounding the churches often complained about the homeless people on church property and call the cops to run them off. I told him that the bible states that the church is a place for help to the homeless, not harassment and false testimony. I told the officer that God threw a rich man into hell for not helping a starving man that starved outside his door while he was too sick to provide for himself. The officer didn't like me comparing the situations to the bible's teachings. He continued bashing my every comment in reference to the bible. He continued mocking me. He also claimed that the homeless where attacking churches. He then demanded to know my social security number, full name, history with law, ect. He kept badgering me with same questions that I already kindly answered. He kept demanding in an insinuating manner, words to the effect of "Have you ever committed a crime and did you do time?" I THEN VERBALLY CALLED ON JESUS FOR STRENGTH DEALING HUCKABY'S RELENTLESS HARASSMENT. He then kept the same badgering on a new topic. He kept demanding words to the effect of "Have you ever had mental problems? Are you off you meds?" Are you thinking of hurting yourself?"
