She has exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, which are so important in an environment where staff interact with the public throughout the day. Hillary was also very professional and processed my daughter's first-time learner's permit efficiently. The entire process was clear, organized, and smooth. Our appointment was at 10:20 a.m. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and were able to check in at 9:50 a.m., and we were completely finished by approximately 11:20-11:30 a.m. I also appreciated that the staff consistently checked on those of us who were waiting. We never felt ignored or unsure about what was happening. In a time when good customer service, professionalism, and a strong work ethic can sometimes feel hard to find, this experience really stood out to me. I'm traditional/old-school when it comes to these values, and I truly appreciated seeing an office and staff who still demonstrate them. Thank you to Candice, Hillary, and the entire Cleburne DPS team for making my daughter's first learner's permit experience such a pleasant one. Your professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed!

It was automated and said my info was valid and I was eligible for renewal online. Double checked online and it was so I took a screenshot of that. Tried calling multiple different listed numbers for the Cleburne office and it just keeps forwarding to the same voicemail. Left multiple voicemails with no return call. The next day drove all the way out to the Cleburne dps building and walked in and told the lady at the kiosk what was happening to me. She handed me a little slip of paper with a QR code on it and told me to scan it to make an appointment. It was raining terrible that day and I was soaking wet but wasn't allowed to sit inside to make appointment and couldn't just make one as I was there. So now I'm still trying to do online and waiting for a call back to make an appointment.
