Myself, my wife, my baby almost gave up on the dream of owning a home in LA until we met Irvin. He's an absolute miracle worker, as he worked non stop to help us get a loan despite our unconventional situation. He actually cared about our story more than our finances and knew we were good for the loan and just trying to live the dream and make our daughter's life as good as it could be. We are forever grateful to Irvin and his team. read more

My Family and I have been working with Irvin for almost two years helping us step by step, guiding us with the understanding of our financial standing and responsibilities of obtaining and owning a house. When we lost all hope of owning a home, he helped us figure out how to start again, was with us throughout the process and helped us close escrow for our first home!!! We are truly grateful for all the help, and looking forward to working with him again! read more

Great experience with Irvin on my home purchase! We beat out higher offers with the strength of the lending team. I highly recommend Irvin and his team to be your lender if you plan on purchasing a house or for refinancing. Irvin and his team provide top notch customer service. They really guide you through the entire process and will explain everything to you. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what "buying down a rate" meant or what "points" are and what "closing costs" meant. He explained everything to me. We never felt pressured once to lock in a rate and in the end, we are very happy to get the rate we wanted! read more

Irvin and his team were amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and this whole process can be so daunting and it's a very turbulent time in the market right now. From day 1 Irvin and Adam were so communicative, attentive, helpful and resourceful. Both my husband and I received equal attention and tons of help getting through this whole loan with Bluprint. They treated us well, worked night and day to make sure that everything went smoothly and when I say that they made this entire process possible ... it's just unbelievable how good of an experience we had. We feel so lucky to have worked with Bluprint and Irvin and Adam are true professionals who take the time to really work to make sure you're on the same page and on the right track. They tailored our loan to our exact needs, taught us so much, and the portal for uploading all of our documents was easy to use. We couldn't say enough great things about them and can't wait to do more work with them in the future as we build our portfolio. read more

One of the best lenders I've had the pleasure to work with. Irvin came to me with a client who was purchasing in Big Bear CA. There was not one ripple in the road to closing and man did we close QUICK. When another buyer recently needed a local lender, I referred them to Irvin and they also had NO ripples in their road to close and we closed 1.5 weeks ahead of schedule. Having a lender on your side who's quick to respond and up to speed with current market trends is SO important during the transaction. I am so happy my buyers made the introduction! read more

I can't begin to say how much I appreciate Irvin! He was a huge part on closing on our first home. We were in a tough situation having to switch lenders in the middle of escrow and he came in and pulled through for us! Irvin came in just two weeks from closing and worked his butt off! Irvin is literally the man! This is coming from a CPA and business/tax attorney who knows the industry very well. My wife and I were working on a complicated super jumbo mortgage in Redondo Beach and Irvin was the only lender to be able to do it quickly and at a reasonable interest rate whereas everyone else wanted to charge ridiculously high interest rates. He is someone I can confide in to refer my clients over to as I know they will be very well taken care of. Thank you again Irvin, Adam, and Chelsea. Irvin was recommended to me by a friend. I've never done a refi before and I knew from day one that I had made the right choice. Irvin and his team was willing to bend over backwards to help walk me through the process of refinancing. They patiently fielded my questions and provided clarity into the process. The communication was streamlined as was the documentation pipeline. I was able to do everything remotely and they made it incredibly easy to submit my documentation and sign forms. On top of that, Irvin's team worked diligently to get me a refi loan that I was extremely happy with. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a home loan or refi. Irvin is your guy! read more

I recently purchased an out of state property and that is enough of a headache as it is when the majority of the people you are working with are on a different time zone and just operate a little differently that how we do here in CA. I connected with Irvin on several occasions prior to sitting down and doing business and I am so thankful I have been able to make a great connection with him. The lending side of this transaction between him and his assistant/partner were incredible to work with and once these rates come back a little he will be one of my first phone calls! He is busy but you also do not want to work with a lender that twiddles their thumbs all day either. You want to work with someone that knows what they are doing and how to make sure he is going to work for you! read more

Working with Irvin was great! The whole home buying process was a dream with Irvin's support; it was so easy! Irvin was transparent with every stage of the mortgage process and explained everything. Needless to say, Irvin is highly recommended! read more

Incredible service! Made the the whole Process was easy and was very attentive and clear. Couldn't imagine it going as smooth as it did! Thanks Irvin! read more

Wonderful experience! Wonderful company! Wonderful guy! Irvin went above and beyond to help my mom refinance her condo when most mortgage brokers (I'm guessing) wouldn't have touched this deal with a ten foot pole, knowing they would have to be dealing with a condo HOA in order to close. Considering how horrible our experience was in dealing with the HOA, dealing with the HOA also in the capacity there had been two recent fires in the complex, dealing with a family member who did not prioritize helping my mom out when documents needed to be presented, friendly pressure from the previous lender to complete the refinance, etc., we're just so glad this is all over. What made the experience palatable however, was knowing Irvin was on our side, working hard for us, not giving up and completing the task at hand! We look forward to working with him again, hopefully never with another condo HOA that is! LOL! Thanks so much again for everything, Irvin, and for truly caring about my mom as you had cared for your mom. We are ever so grateful to you. read more

Irvin was recommended to us prior to starting our refi. He did not disappoint. Irvin and his staff were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable. Irvin was phenomenal to work with! We just recently refinanced our home given current market conditions to lock in a low rate on a 30-year fixed. Irvin was able to get us the lowest rate we had seen and made the process extremely easy. Almost too easy since I don't feel like it was much effort at all - he and his team literally handled everything from cradle to grave. It was the easiest home financing I've ever been through and would recommend him to anyone. I'm grateful to have found such a great loan officer to work with and will use him going forward for all of our home financing needs. read more

I wanted to refinance my home to take advantage of the historically low interest rates, and after reading some great Yelp reviews, I decided to use Irvin to help me through the process. Irvin was very knowledgeable and clear with communicating to me what I should expect and what he needed from me to complete the refi. I found his portal/website very easy to use to upload and sign all the necessary documents, and Irvin was great with timing; he was even able to forecast another rate drop before I locked in my interest rate. I am happy with my new payment and feel confident that I got the best rate possible. read more
