I have been a member at Body Works for 4 years. I joined when the women's gym was at a separate…read morebuilding. The facilities and staff were excellent. At their new location, the services, staff and equipment continue to be stellar. I particularly love the infrared sauna. It is so great for your skin and along with an exercise regime minimizes cellulite. People are always shocked to hear I am in my 60's. I attribute this to good genetics and being a regular at Body Works. If you have never belonged to a gym, don't worry as the staff is wonderful and will make you feel right at home.
