I like to observe how other customers are treated and hope I receive the same or better treatment (if service is good). Well, from my observation there is a great team of an older gentleman, a middle age gentleman and a younger gentleman who all work well as a team and project the same professionalism to each and every customer who walks in the door. It is always great to see how and when businesses show care and concern for customers. From my observation they are all committed to making sure the customer is pleased with the professional products they provided. I sent a package and cost me well over $150.00 and was promised 3-5 days delivery it's been weeks…read moreand it never got there. They don't answer their phone when you call either. So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes

I booked a deep cleaning service with them for $290, which was supposed to include a full deep…read moreclean -- windows, balcony, oven, and refrigerator, as they clearly stated. We were not home while they were cleaning. When we came back, everything looked generally clean, but the balcony, oven, and refrigerator were not cleaned at all, even though these services were supposed to be included. When we reached out to them, we said that we could overlook the balcony, but the oven and refrigerator were not done, despite being included. They apologized for the misunderstanding and said they would send someone to complete the job, but they never gave us a specific date. When I followed up, they said the cleaner who was supposed to come got sick and that they would get back to us. Another week passed, and we heard nothing, so I reached out again. They asked if we wanted to book another service, either deep cleaning or regular cleaning. I explained that I was not interested in booking anything else until they finished the previous service we had already paid for. They again said they would come soon, without giving any specific date. After following up once more, they continued to avoid giving a clear answer. It has now been a month, and no one has come back to complete the job. They are no longer responding and have effectively been ignoring us. Each time we contact them, we are told "tomorrow," but no one ever shows up. I am very disappointed with this level of service.

I had 2 services already done by weekly and oh boy, they managed to clean some areas like scum and moldy showers corners that several people including myself couldn't get rid off for a few years! Oriented to details like Super Virgo! I highly recommend them, cause they are the best in the area Miam/Brickell area!
