His meticulous attention to detail shines in every aspect of the instruction and operation at XGJJ. He also has managed to assemble a great team of partners and coaches with Gino and Brad. The environment is great. If you are looking for a respectful, family like atmosphere where the coaches and students are passionate about life and their craft, you found it. I really enjoy the instructional format they follow. It allows rapid absorption of technique with good levels of retention. The techniques shown are solid and show the evolution from traditional to modern application. Although this is not a traditional martial arts school, the tenants of honor, respect, and brotherhood have been well preserved. They have cardio and weight equipment and a boxing ring as well. There is a personal trainer named Brandon on site who is knowledgeable in nutrition, fitness training, and supplementation. As this is a complete gym it could replace your gym membership. My boys really enjoy the children's classes and they have learned more than just martial arts. I have referred several family friends and they have enjoyed the experience as well. The school is affiliated with Fight Sports in Miami. While on vacation, I had the opportunity to drop in and train with them.
