Can't use the fire as it will melt sound bar and tv. My installers went to his premises and he advised how to install it . Went to small claims court , the case was dismissed as the item works but don't work for me because I went off Gerry drawings. Gerry has been in the business a long time and should know better.

I purchased a Integra arch stove from Ballymount Fireplaces in March 2012…read more The stove was incorrectly installed without any fire cement which could have caused a serious accident. the after sales service was appaling, the back fireblock had to be replaced within 3 months, and now on the third replacement. no flue was fitted at the time of installation the door seal burned off within the first year. the door closing mechanism fell off within the first year, This company and its stove supplier from Northern Ireland are the worst suppliers I have ever dealt with.
